Punta Gorda Isles Jewel with 45ft dock,just4minutes from Fishville and downtown.
- Beautifully renovated 2000 sq ft home in the very sought out neighborhood of Punta Gorda Isles. Vaulted ceilings in living area with open concept. Two bedroom suites with smart TVs and one office suite. Each with their own bathroom and privacy doors. Stunning galley kitchen, fully equipped to make your own meals. Water filtration system installed for clear , healthy drinking water and for cooking. Sliding doors open to your relaxing screened in lanai with pool.( if heated an additional $275 will apply for stays up to 2 weeks,) Monthly rentals have a flat fee of $350 for electricity and $250 for water. There’s a grill to barbecue ( must be cleaned after each use) and enjoy the outdoors. Step out to a 45x10 dock to enjoy your mornings (sunrise on left ) and evenings (sunset on right). May bring boat to tie up to dock ( no charge, but must get approval from owner before) Fish from your dock , enjoy an adult beverage, or simply relax. Minutes from Downtown , Fisherman’s Village , Gilchrist and Ponce De Leon Park. Sunseeker, Warm Mineral Springs , beautiful beaches in Englewood and Boca Grande, Stump Pass, Venice is 45-60 minutes away. Chairs and coolers are provided as well as pool/ beach towels. Your stay in Punta Gorda will be memorable.
