The beds were comfy, pool was amazing, we got some fishing in (caught lots of catfish but saw black drum right under the dock!) neighborhood was nice and quiet. The neighborhood was perfect for our young family of 4\. Quiet, safe, and also very close to a wide range of activities. The pool was a big hit with our girls as they spent most of their time in it. This was our first visit to this area. The property was more beautiful and spacious than the pictures conveyed. The pool was sparkling and we used it every day. There were plenty of towels, comfy bedding, wifi, and lots of televisions to keep all 3 generations entertained. We even played ping pong! Our host was prompt and gracious. Definitely a great stay. Fishing from the dock was very relaxing and the Adirondack chairs were very comfortable. My fish count was a total of 37\. (Last year...42\. I'm slipping)!As I am 80 years of age and my wife is 75, I have one suggestion: install a safety rail in the shower. Once again, a wonderful vacation! ##### Mike R. Loved the neighborhood and beautiful finishes of the home. Spacious and nicely renovated interior, beautiful pool and patio. Loved the bikes and fishing gear! Some issues with ants in kitchen, dirty dishes in cabinet, low quality bed linens and weak AC in some rooms. Property owner was attentive and helpful with most issues. We spent 6 days here during spring break and had a fantastic time. My family loved hanging out by the pool and watching the canal. We also took several trips to fisherman’s village and the downtown area for shopping and restaurants. It was a bit of a drive to get to a Sandy beach but we aren’t big beach people so it was great for us. We were very impressed with the house and how modern, updated and beautiful it was. The pics on the listing are pretty accurate. The host was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure our stay went well. We will certainly look to come back in the future!! ##### Kyle H.
