A beautiful and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a beautiful view of the marina in the desirable Harbour Towers at Burnt Store Marina. The first-floor unit allows easy access in and out for the unit. The Lani doors open up onto a nice manicured grassy lawn and allow for a quick stroll down to the marina. The gated community features the deepest marina on the west coast of Florida and a 27 hole golf course. Located minutes from Fisherman's village and downtown Punta Gorda. It is a short trip to Fort Myers, Boca Granda, Siesta Key, Cape Coral, and the Englewood Beaches. Food options inside the gated community include the Cass Cay restaurant & bar that overlooks the marina and the Linkside cafe that sits on the Golf course. There is a water taxi available with day trips to Boca Grande, Cabbage Key, Dolphin Tours, and Sunset Cruises. The unit is located on the ground level. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and disposal. A washer and dryer are also located within the unit. It is remote but if you don't mind driving a bit to get to the beach or other activities including the grocery store, it is great! (We don't have a boat.) We found good food and things to do in Ft. Myers, Punta Gorda, Cape Coral, and Boca Grande. This ground floor villa was perfect as we had our small dog with us too and close to the pool and bbq grill. Beautiful marina to walk around.
