Fantastic private totally updated furnished pool home with beautiful peaceful setting backing up to lake and golf course. New gated high end golf course community with great amenities including a pickleball and tennis center, one of the best golf courses in SW Florida, Tiki bar and restaurant, new fitness center and pools. All new appliances and new pool heater and new air conditioner/HVAC system. Brand new roof. Spacious 2 car garage. Third bedroom is a study/office. Close to boating, fishing, biking, nature trails, beaches and short drive to downtown Punta Gorda and the airports. Golf Membership Included!

Great gated community - wonderful sunsets!

We enjoyed our stay in this gated community. Great location and not far from Fishermen’s Village where we enjoyed Harborwalk almost every day, along with shuffleboard with friends. Plenty of walking area’s within the gated community as well.
