  • This spectacular 3900 square foot bottom floor unit just a few steps to the pool and pristine beaches and waters of the Bay of Banderas.

    Large terrace with beautiful view.

    If you’re a golfer, this wonderful home is located adjacent to hole #7 of the world renowned, Jack Nicklaus Signature “Pacifico” golf course.

    Full access to ALL the beach clubs inside the gates (Pacifico, Surf Club, Kupuri, Sufito and St. Regis). There is a one time fee per-person per stay, paid once directly to the HOA ($50 usd for Adults & Teens and $30 usd children between 5-12 yrs plus VAT).
