Guest Access:

This beautiful apartment is located inside a golf residential complex called "Cocotal". To access the complex, all guests and invitees must provide a valid photo ID and we must generate a digital pass (QR Code) for every person that needs access. If you need a food delivery or an Uber for example, the driver must send us the photo ID so they can access the residential complex. There might be a delay between the request to generate the access code and us sending it, depending on staff availability, so we recommend planning ahead in order to avoid any inconvenience.



The Neighborhood:

El Cocotal is a residential complex that features 27 holes of golf. Ideal for golf enthusiasts, it is also perfect for families or for the traveler that is looking for relaxation in a nice and calm environment. There is 24 seven security and access must be requested through a QR code.



Other Things to Note:

Electricity is NOT included in the rate. The cost of energy is approx. US$0.40 per Kw/h. If you use the A/C at night only, you can assume the following costs per day:



2 bedrooms - US$17.00 per day

3 bedrooms - US$21.00 per day



All guests will be charged a security deposit of US$300.00. This deposit can be paid in cash or through a credit card hold. This deposit is used to cover any damages caused to the apartment during the stay or unpaid bills left by the client. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REIMBURSED 3 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT if all bills are paid and the apartment does not have any damages.
