Highly recommend Broomy Cottage. Beautiful location, stunning surroundings and it was the perfect spot as the base for our families for our wedding which wasn’t far away. The house was clean, had everything we needed and really well looked after. Gorgeous furnishings & design!

Excellent family break
Beautifully situated overlooking the South Downs, Broomy Cottage is a well-furnished and equipped cottage for a family get-together, with lots of space for the little ones to explore and different lounge spaces to escape them. There is a high chair (not mentioned in the details) and a supply of small kids' toys. The annexe, which we didn't use, is a nice self-contained unit.
It is in a good location for exploring the countryside and coast, and a five minute drive from Storrington which has a selection of shops and a Waitrose. Highly recommended.

A truely wonderful stay - 10/10
Broomy Cottage was spoken very highly of by my colleagues. 'Best house we've stayed in'
The hosts were fantastic, they communicated well ad looked after my team. I didn't hear a single complaint from them, which is often rare as it's difficult to suit everyone's needs. The kitchen was well-equipped. It was very cosy, especially for colder months with the fire going, or in the garden with the fire pit. And the summer months would be lovely too, the garden was big and beautiful, with a barbecue for a nice summers dinner.
If I am being nit picky, the location wasn't perfect, as travel time was a bit longer and the service and Wi-Fi wasn't great. I live in the country side myself, so I know there's nothing that can be done. Thought I would mention as it could be an issue for some.
Would 100% recommend! Great value for money and worth every penny. We would have extended the stay, but there was no availability.
Thank you to the Henry Adams team for making my colleagues feel so welcome and comfortable!

A lovely comfortable large family home- ideal for our Christmas gathering
Broomy Cottage is a lovely large comfortable family house in an excellent rural location. As a venue for our mixed generation family Christmas gathering it was perfect.
Comfy sofas, log fire, plenty of space and a big garden for toddlers and a dog to run in!
Close enough to the South Downs not to need a car when going for a longish walk, and very short drive to Waitrose.
The kitchen was well equipped and the modern studio room above the garage had spectacular views.
We all agreed that we would love to visit again.
