### QUIET HOME: where tranquility meets comfort

The apartment is located just a few minutes from the center of Pula, long considered a coveted and privileged destination that offers tourists from all over the world beaches of incomparable beauty, unexplored mountain areas, and the opportunity to retrace the paths of the ancient Phoenician-Punic-Roman city of Nora, an archaeological heritage among the most important in Sardinia.  
Positioned a few steps from the main street, sheltered from the center's chaos, the apartment consists of a spacious, bright living room with a small kitchenette, a master bedroom, a small bedroom with two beds, and a double bathroom with a shower. Located on the first floor, the apartment is equipped with modern appliances, air conditioning, and a large external balcony with a relaxation area that will allow guests to unwind after a day at the sea, enjoying the starry sky and the tranquility of the area.  
A few minutes by car or bicycle, guests can reach the beautiful Su Guventeddu beach and the archaeological complex of Nora, as well as the wonderful beaches of Chia and Tuerredda, by traveling a few kilometers along the connecting state road.  
The apartment is just 30 minutes from the Sardinian capital, where guests can enjoy the city's nightlife and visit the fantastic wonders of Cagliari.  
Mrs. Raffaela will be happy to pleasantly answer all inquiries from guests, from advice on places to visit and excursions to do, vehicle rentals, and any other service such as linen changes, museums, trips, and advice on healthy eating and naturalistic and landscape activities.  
The property follows guidelines for environmental respect and differentiated waste collection, with more information to be provided on-site. The apartment is equipped with safety devices and various comforts for a pleasant and worry-free stay.
