Alors que c’est un appartement au premier étage dans une villa. L’accès se fait via un escalier colimaçon dangereux pour les enfants et difficile pour les personnes d’un certain âge ! En outre ma femme ayant des problèmes de dos ça été particulièrement difficile pour elle. De plus le portail électric fiction est une fois sur deux. Le rez-de-chaussée était normalement occupé par le Grand-Père du propriétaire (cela n’etait Pas mentionné dans l’annonce). Nous avons bataillé avec Marco afin d’obtenir au minimum une privatisation de la propriété . Nous sommes également très déçu d’Abritel car nous n’avons pas trouvé de mail ni de téléphone afin de prendre en considération notre plainte. De ce fait l’accès étant penible pour manger dans le coin prévu à cet effet nous avons mangé qu’une seule fois sur deux semaine dans cette villa . Donc beaucoup de frais supplémentaires. Location trop chère par apport au prestations définies dans l’annonce. Points positifs : gentillesse de Marco, piscine et beauté du jardin mais là aussi bémol car gardien habite dans la propriété. Conclusion vacances plus que médiocres très très déçus partir en vacances surtout quand on paie des sommes importantes cela ne devrait pas se produire. De woning was schoon en qua inrichting prima. Het kleine zwembad erbij was prettig voor de afkoeling en onze zonen vonden het fijn dat er gevoetbald kon worden in de prachtige tuin. Ook was het fijn dat er een buitendouche aanwezig was. Marco was ook erg vriendelijk. Enige kleine minpunt was dat er alleen in de ouderslaapkamer airco was en niet in de kinderslaapkamer met de stapelbedden, die daardoor aan de warme kant was in nacht. ##### Jiske K. Das Haus ist sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im oberen Stockwerk und ist über eine steile Treppe erreichbar. Das riesige Grundstück ist wunderschön bepflanzt und gepflegt. 100m vom Mietobjekt entfernt liegt ein kleines Haus, da wohnt ein nettes Paar, das sich um das Grundstück kümmert und einem bei Fragen Auskunft gibt. Sie haben uns auch mit frischen Eiern und Ricotta, sowie Feigen und Aprikosen von den eigenen Bäumen versorgt. Geissen, Hühner und Hunde wohnen ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück, was für unser Kind paradiesisch war... Mit dem Auto ist man in 5min am Strand von Nora und in10min im Zentrum. Die nächste Paneteria liegt 2min entfernt. Zu Fuss braucht man aber schon 20-25min bis ins Zentrum, ein paar Restaurants und Bars sind in ca. 15min Fussmarsch erreichbar.
