Bel emplacement, mais prestations très insuffisant
En travaux,personnel insuffisant pour la réception et le petit déjeuner . Pas de verres à dents, peu de rangement, chambre petite (mais d'autres chambres sembleraient plus confortables), serrure fonctionnant mal. Très loin du 4* qu'il prétend être ; seul l'emplacement dans une pinède sur la mer sauve le séjour.

LAMENTABLE !! INCONSCIENT !!!
Incroyable que votre site puisse proposer un tel établissement.
Ce n'est pas professionnel, votre méconnaissance de vos propositions de séjours est incroyable comme inconscient.
Pas d'accès simple à la rigueur mais hôtel calamiteux !!! Chambre insalubre, sale, humide, odeur de moisie, oreillers, draps tachés ... Aucune chambre de prête à notre arrivé et 30 mn plus tard juste des draps pour recouvrir la saleté mais pas les odeurs ! à priori pas de personnel. D'ailleurs hôtel semblait être fermé, en cour de travaux !!
Pas de service de restauration (sauf à 15 Km à pied ou taxi à 40 € l'aller !!!) piscine non nettoyée, inutilisable
Seul point positif le personnel présent (2 personnes) agréable et très gênée de la situation.
Votre inconscience nous a mis à la rue !!! Nous avons dû reprendre une chambre dans un autre hôtel (ouvert, lui !!!) et payer une facture de 240 € après négociation et raconté notre périple, somme vraiment pas prévu à notre budget et ou nous attendons un geste de votre part. J'ai gardé le justificatif.
