The house is on two floors with entrance to a private garden of about 60 square meters equipped with shower, barbecue, large umbrella with table and six seats. ground floor: composed of a veranda equipped for eating and relaxing on comfortable deckchairs. from the veranda leads to a unique environment of about 20 square meters intended for a kitchenette and a living / dining room with a double sofa bed, TV and table for six people. First floor: - two double bedrooms, one of them on a mezzanine. - a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine The house is independent, with a comfortable exclusive garden. It is located in a guarded village, very quiet and reserved, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest that extends to the limits of the beach, about 200 meters away, ideal for couples or families with young children and / or teenagers. The garden is furnished with a comfortable barbecue and shower with hot and cold water essential after a day at the beach. The crockery is provided for six people. The complete equipment of large and small appliances allows a pleasant and peaceful stay. The possibility of cooking is complete, as in your own home, for adults and children: you will not feel the difference with your daily habits. The nearby splendid beach, reserved and free access and parking, can be reached easily on foot. It also offers the availability of refreshment services and the possibility to rent umbrella and sunbed at reasonable prices. The rescue, security and control service is also present. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - es ist ein schönes Haus in einer Feriensiedlung, zu Fuß 5 Minuten zum Strand. Mario und seine Frau sind sehr gute Gastgeber und hilfsbereit, wenn es Fragen gibt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, draußen kann man auch gut sitzen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderbar

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) verbrachten zwei Wochen in dem tollen zweistöckigen Ferienhäuschen von Mario und seiner Frau. Das Häuschen ist geräumig und bietet genügend Platz. Für Familien erwähnenswert ist die Ausstattung mit Treppenschutzgitter, Reisebett und Buggy. Auch die Terrasse mit Sitzbereich, Grill und Außendusche lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Zum schönen Strand ist es nicht weit und zu Fuß nur ein Katzensprung. Mario und seine Frau sind unglaublich freundliche Gastgeber. Wir wurden mit einem selbst gebackenen Kuchen und heimischen Likör empfangen; bei Fragen bezüglich Aktivitäten oder sonstigen Tipps war Mario überaus hilfsbereit und immer sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Calaverde gefühlt. Danke an Mario, seine Frau und diese wunderschöne Insel 😊

Tout simplement parfait

Je souhaite souligner tout particulièrement la gentillesse et l'accueil de Mario et de son épouse. La location correspond tout à fait à la description qui est faite et d'une propreté exemplaire. L'endroit est merveilleux, entouré d'un immense parc ombragé et à deux pas de la belle, propre et longue plage de sable fin. Cette location est idéale pour une famille avec des enfants, calme et à proximité de la plage.

Wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen

Sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus in einem großen Pinienwald gelegen. Zum Meer mit kristallklarem Wasser war es nur ein paar Meter zu Laufen. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Mario und Wanda sind sehr liebe, hilfsbereite und sympathische Menschen. One of a kind!

Magical experience in a unique location near the beach with crystal clear water and shadows of pine trees. Mario’s villa is an ideal place for a relaxed vacation. It is extremely clean, very well maintained, fully equipped with everything you need even for a very long stay. The villa is rather spacious with a lovely terrace and even an outdoor barbecue. What we liked especially about the villa is the Italian character and soul and the charming atmosphere created by extremely friendly hosts. Bottles of cold refreshing water and tasty cakes were waiting for us upon arrival. We were met by Mario at the bus stop, he also took us there after checking out. In a word our vacation in Mario’s place was amazing. You won’t regret renting this beautiful place for your relaxation. A lot of thanks and appreciation to the wonderful hosts!

Villino ben strutturato e fornito di tutti i confort. Ottima l'accoglienza della Signora Wanda e del Signor Mario che ci hanno accolto con affetto (tra l'altro offrendoci un'ottima torta di benvenuto). La casa è perfetta per una famiglia. Vicina al mare e ai servizi del villaggio che è curatissimo e tranquillo. Mare fantastico e avendo trovato un tempo perfetto... è stato un peccato dover rientrare. Assolutamente consigliato

Genial pour vacances en famille

La petite maison de Mario est parfaite pour passer des vacances en famille. Elle est bien équipée à meme pas 5 minutes à pieds d' superbe plage de sable fin la piscine certes payante est vaste et très agréable il y a une aire de jeu ... Bref le paradis avec des jeunes enfants La résidence est calme bien entretenue on s'y sent telleme't bien La maison est fraîche la terrasse très agréable pour manger il y a un barbecue Mario et sa femme sont très gentils acceuil parfait avec gâteau et boisson fraîche On reviendra c est sur !

Séjour très agréable

Malgré l'attaque des moustiques et la météo mitigée de cette fin septembre, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'accueil de Mario et Wanda nous a ravie et tout de suite mis dans l'ambiance de l'amabilité des Sardes (Merci pour ce fabuleux gateau ! ). Logement très agréable avec son coin terrasse ombragé par les grans pins et palmiers. Jouets pour enfants, vélo, barbecue, barrières d'escalier, serviettes de bain et draps mis à dispo... tout est pensé pour faciliter la vie des familles qui prennent l'avion avec bagages réduits ! La plage à 100m à pied... bref super moment passé avec notre petit garçon de 2 ans et demi qui à bien profité du parc de jeux de la résidence. Un grand merci à Mario et Wanda pour leur accueil chaleureux et leurs explications claires malgré le fait que nous ne parlions pas un mot d'italien ni anglais ! Bref, à bientôt ;)

Maison confortable parfaitement située au bord des plages!

Maison confortable, à quelques minutes à pied d’une belle plage, Hôte très réactif et disponible, accueil très sympathique avec petit panier garni pour notre arrivée ! Commodités très agréables pour famille avec jeunes enfants, jardins d’enfant dans La résidence à quelques pas de la maison. Parasol, chaises de plage et autres accessoires mis à disposition! Nous conseillons vivement ! !!! (Seul hic: Électricité à payer en sus, très chère et disproportionnée par rapport à l’utilisation, 23€ pour 8j alors que nous étions très peu à la maison utilisions que très peu d’électricité en plein été , cuisine au gaz... Dommage! A revoir)
