The shower was not working initially until they sent someone up to fix it. The shower light was not working so we showered in the dark. We booked the prestige superior sea view room. In the photos online there is a balcony to sit and enjoy the ocean. Our room was directly above the restaurant (loud) and had only partial ocean view. There was no balcony to sit outside. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The food was just okay. We had to find someone in the morning for coffee. The hotel is outdated. I would not stay here again. You can walk in to Pula which has a good selection of restaurants etc. The hotel breakfast was nice. The evening pizzeria also. The room was ok, but nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels. We didn't use the paddling pool as it closes early evening for the pizzeria to open. Limited free parking. Friendly and mostly helpful staff.
