"My son (age 7) and I arrived by boat from Elliott Bay. The house was easy to find, the buoy was secure, and the myriad of kayaks east to access for evening kayak rides and going to and from our boat on the buoy. We saw eagles, deer, and huge oysters and barnacles. It was great!"

"This place is very much walking distance like everyone says. If you're coming from Westlake Station I would recommend getting a ride as the walk there with luggage was more than we would have done had we known. There's a convenience store a short distance away, we walked to Pike Place Market (take Savor Seattle tour!!), walked to Starbucks Reserve/Serious Pie (coconut cream pie divine but about $12!) and walked to The Saint. That was a bit much not because of distance but killer hills!...

"Everything was seamless. We came here for an overnight stay for a concert at Paramount theater. From parking to accommodations, everything was fantastic. Wonderful view of the bay. Comfortable bed, clean room. Will be staying here again for any activities in the area."
