"The Painted Lady earned her name for the vivid blue exterior which stands out in a quiet NE neighborhood overlooking historic Astoria and the Columbia River. The second story apartment has high ceilings, multiple tall windows and a Victorian ambiance. The kitchen and is a wonderful place to gather around the dining table for good food, conversation and views of the marine traffic below. Except for the dim bedside reading lights, it was perfect. Come prepared with food and drink because the closest grocery stores and restaurants are a minimum of a 10-minute walk away."
