A newer condo in a newer condominium building in the heart of old P V. It was very clean (most appliances and utensils looked like they were never used), modern and upscale. The property manager, Tiana, was wonderful to work with. Very attentive and responsive. The roof-top pool was spectacular. We felt very secure in the building with pass codes needed to enter. It was about 5 blocks, short walking distance, from the beach. Within a two block radius, there were plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Plus several small market shops from groceries, wine, beer, etc. The area around the condo may seem a little run down, but you have to remember your in Mexico, not the USA. ##### Scott & Gaye N.
