Located in the heart of the vibrant, culturally diverse and welcoming Romantic Zone in downtown Puerto Vallarta. Its convenient location is just a few steps from Puerto Vallarta’s Los Muertos beach and a short stroll to the iconic Malecon boardwalk, galleries, best restaurants and entertainment areas. Pacifica’s attractive contemporary Mexican design features fine contemporary finishes and only 37 residences with beautiful ocean, mountain and city views. The Pacifica complex includes an elevator, a stunning roof top terrace where you will be able to enjoy the spacious heated infinity pool, and socialize with friends in the Jacuzzi. Nearly all of the furniture is custom designed and built by local artisans: iron craftsman, carpenters, and artists who all take enormous pride in their craft. Casa de Cereza is designed for comfortable, open concept living including a modern eat-in kitchen and island that accommodates four people (as does the custom dining area on the terrace). The kitchen is designed with granite countertops and backsplashes and modern appliances. It comes fully equipped with all that you need to prepare your meals, including stainless steel appliances such as a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, large gas cook top and oven, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster and high-powered blender. The living area features a custom crafted entertainment center with a 68” flat screen smart TV, Apple TV with Netflix, cable TV, a Sonos wireless audio system connected to four built-in speakers (shared with two additional speakers in the primary bedroom), two full-size designer sofas, organic Perota wood coffee table, ceiling fan and more. The living area opens onto the large terrace with nesting sliding glass doors for open air enjoyment. The terrace is furnished with custom-built dining area for 4, matching daybed on the other side, lounge chair and tropical plants. The condo is well appointed with everything you would need to prepare your meals or do your laundry. The bed in the second bedroom which can be separated to accommodate our teens was a bonus. The beach is two blocks away. Lots of restaurants and shopping available. Short walks to just about anything you'd like to do in Romantico or Centro. The only challenge we had was that there was jackhamming behind the building for the first two mornings until 6 PM. No one in the building or management were aware that this was going to happen. Thankfully, it was only the first two days, and we spent most of our time those days walking around. The pool and its view are incredible. We'd often find ourselves winding up the evenings on the deck listening to the music from the Margarita Grill across the street. ##### Brad B. The furniture was comfortable with indoor and balcony lounge spaces. The rooftop pool and lounge is a great place to spend an afternoon. The gym is compact but equipped for a good workout. From the time I inquired about the condo until the time we left, Carl was truly a godsend when it came to our vacation. He provided us with ride details, restaurant recommendations, steps on how to be safe and not only was the condo in an amazing location, the decor and comfortability it provided was top tier. The pool/views of the city were spectacular. The staff at the front desk, Armando was the absolute best help as well. I truly look forward to coming back in a few months. The decor was very well done. The lightning and the sound system in the condo is top notch. The rooftop pool views were great. At night time we were able to see fireworks from the city. The staff were very friendly and helped us schedule our COVID test. When you step outside there are so many great restaurants and places to get refreshing drinks. We have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for years, and this is the best place where we have ever stayed. It is beautifully decorated, the kitchen has wonderful appliances and is easy to cook in, the bathrooms are spa like, and we enjoyed many meals on the lovely balcony. The terrace on the roof has a saltwater infinity pool, which we swam in every day, and a Wolf grill that we used for several dinners. The location is the best in Puerto Vallarta, close to our favorite restaurants and the Plaza for Saturday market, but quiet at night. Thank you, Darin and Carl, for letting us stay in you condo.
