Enjoy its multiples amenities like a dedicated workspace, a mini-bar, 2 smart TV's and a spacious private patio. Located in the luxury V-177 building, you'll be a few steps from Los Muerto Beach, the boardwalk and the top city's restaurants, and will have access to a heated rooftop pool and jacuzzi with stunning views, a gym and a BBQ, perfect for an unforgettable stay in paradise! This charming condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Situated on the ground floor, it's tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing a quiet retreat to unwind. BEDROOM The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king size bed, ensuite bathroom, smart TV and direct access to the private patio, this is the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach. LIVING ROOM The modern living room boasts a comfortable sofa and a sleek flat-screen TV, creating an inviting space for relaxation and entertainment. For those who need to work or study, the room features a dedicated workspace that enables productivity while enjoying the comforts of home. It has a private balcony with seating, where you can take a breath of fresh air or sip your morning coffee. KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your meals including a stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and dining table for 4. A small mini-bar with a wine fridge is situated between the kitchen and living area, making it a convenient spot for those who enjoy a glass of wine or other chilled beverages. This setup also comes in handy when entertaining guests. COMMON AREAS The V-177 building itself is packed with luxurious amenities, including an infinity heated rooftop pool with breathtaking ocean views, a jacuzzi, a gym, and a BBQ area. Take the elevator up to the rooftop and enjoy watching the sun set over the Pacific Ocean. Guest access Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following hours: \- Pool: open 8 AM to 10 PM, Monday - Thursday, 8 AM to 12 AM Friday - Sunday. \- Gym: open 7 AM - 10 PM daily Other things to note Visitor Policy: A maximum of 2 visitors is allowed, and they must be registered with security upon arrival. Visitors are only permitted inside the condo and do not have access to common areas. Visiting hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and overnight stays are not allowed. There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Tuesdays for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. The suite is equipped with all you need for a long term stay. The response of Tiana was great. She addressed any issue promptly. The doorman particularily Eduardo and Chris, cudos to both. Now for the cons It’s on the first floor so a very dark unit even though there were 2 outdoor spaces not much light gets in.The unit needs to be brightened up. My husband and I rented the unit two years prior with another owner. There was not anything changed except for the fridge a desk and the kitchen chairs.The dark brown sofa needs to go! Lighter furniture would brighten things up maybe more lighting would help. I went this year with a girlfriend from February 3rd to March 8th so 34 days. I booked in October and no other units were left. We paid double the amount than our other friends in the building even fir a gorgeous penthouse. When we rented the unit 2 years ago by the prior owner he offered a 40% discount over 30 days. I believe V177 particularity this unit is pricing themselves out of the market, i have rental for a stunning 2 bedroom 2 washroom unit 5 minutes from the beach. My days of staying in the V177 building are done. ##### Linda W.
