This 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom beachfront condo located at the Grand Venetian, a hot and best located vacation complex with one of the best beach front properties in Vallarta's Hotel Zone. The airport and downtown is only 15-minute away, right across the street there are many beautiful restaurants and bars, as well as Covid Testing, next door you´ll have “la Isla” shopping center, Walmart and Costco and many convenience stores nearby. Amazing walking distances. Professionally decorated with high-end furniture, accessories and two spacious balconies in front and back with stunning views that make this property a must see. Guests will have full access to the condo and the complex amenities which include infinity beachfront swimming pools, jacuzzies, amazing spa, a fitness center and tennis courts. The building is close to the airport and secure, is private for owners and renters. The living room has floor to ceiling sliding doors that open up wide to the balcony and create an open feeling where the breeze flows through generously. A Smart TV is mounted on the wall with Netflix Netflix, Youtube and Claro Video come preloaded for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king size bed a small balcony of its own with a view of the mountains and the shopping mall La Isla, direct bathroom access as well as a smart tv, air conditioner and fans. The 2nd bedroom has a small balcony as well with same amazing mountain views, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. Also has one Smart TV mounted on the wall. This room is accommodated with 2 double queen-size beds, sleeping up to 2 people each bed. The kitchen is loaded with all the pots, pans and cooking utensils needed to cook a four-course meal for your family or just to whip up a snack. In addition, a blender, coffee maker and toaster are at your service. You can sit on top of barstools at the kitchen bar or make your way to the dining table to seat up to 8 people at once. A washer and dryer are located in the unit and are available for guests use (we do not provide laundry detergent). THE COMPLEX. This high-end property is private for owners and renters. The entrances are gated and security is on-site 24/7\. There are four pools to choose from including two large beachfront, infinity pools with exquisite views of downtown Puerto Vallarta, boating and beach activities. Underground parking spaces are included in addition to an exercise center, tennis courts and game room for your enjoyment. The grounds are meticulously manicured, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cabs are readily available and the bus stops right in front of the property. Grocery stores (Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Costco, Soriana), restaurants, Starbucks, cinema (movies in English with Spanish sub-titles) and many other conveniences are within walking distance. Right across the street are fine dining options such as Campomar, La Vaca Argentina and La Madalena amongst others. Along the beach it's a 45-minute walk to the city center. The vacation complex is one of the few condo developments located within the busy and vibrant hotel zone. Gorgeous views of the ocean, mountains, and sunset from inside the condo. The Grand Venetian is located in the "Hotel Zone" or "Zona Hotelera" and is the center point of Puerto Vallarta, in-between Marina Vallarta and El Centro (downtown). There are several delicious restaurants, nightclubs and grocery stores within walking distance and you are also a short bus or taxi ride away from the bustling streets of downtown or a tranquil walk in the Marina. Busses stop right outside the development and taxis can be ordered from the lobby to pick you up inside the grounds. I would recommend not renting a car and instead relying on the affordable transportation options that are nearby. La Isla, Vallarta's newest and most high-end shopping center complete with restaurants, name brand stores and a movie theater are already open is just steps away from the vacation complex. This unit is at 17th floor, so children supervision is required There is a beach club nearby closing 9:00pm mostly at weekend days, a noisy public access to the beach street and while most guests are not bothered by the occasional noise, it should be noted. ## Property amenities ### Beach - Our family of 4 throughly enjoyed our time at this property. The pools were amazing. The views are spectacular. It doesn’t have the hustle and energy of a resort with a full entertainment staff, and that was ideal for us. The buildings sit about halfway between the marina and downtown, offering a quick taxi ride for many nice restaurants The unit was very nice. Comfortable. We loved opening the sliding doors and having fresh air flow through the unit. The beds were very comfortable and the space was perfect for us. The view from our condo was spectacular for both the city and the water. The pools were comfortable and enjoyable. We always found a chair and an umbrella if we wanted it. We enjoyed the pool side restaurant service. The unit is in need of some updates and repairs that I think you are already aware of. Also I was surprised that there was no laundry soap or dish dishwashing soap but we had to get our own. ##### Kenneth K. The kitchen and living space was nice and big for our family. The balcony does overlook part of the river which isn’t super pretty but it also looks out to the ocean. The AC works well inside the unit. There is a loud dance club but fortunately it only played music on Saturday and it ended around 9pm.The elevator ride up is a bit hot and stuffy up to the 17th floor but it worked fine. The restaurant on site is delicious and the pools have bar/food service starting at 12:00\. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the condo! There’s direct beach access also which we enjoyed.The property manager was very nice to work worth and very easy to get ahold of. ##### Shelby S. Our condo was on the 17th floor and had amazing views of the bay and the river, and we enjoyed watching the cruise ships coming and going. The condo kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, the furniture throughout the unit was very nice, and the outdoor balcony furniture was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee to watching the sunset and playing cards. This was our 7th stay at The Grand Venetian and we can’t imagine being anywhere else in PV. And just to mention that Sergio was extremely accommodating and helpful this morning when I arrived at the airport and realized my wallet and passport were left back at the condo. I phoned Sergio and he immediately allowed us access back into the condo to retrieve my forgotten items and we were able to make our flight without issues. This is the second time we have rented at this location but in a different suite. Both are managed by Sergio and Regina. We booked with Regina and Sergio because our last experience here at GV was amazing and we had hoped to recreate that initial excellent experience. We were NOT disappointed. We utilized the pick up service from the airport with Regina. It was so nice to put a face to a name. The check in experience was easy and everything was prepared for us on arrival. We had two small issues that Sergio dealt with on the first day. You can always expect a high level of professionalism from Sergio and Regina. The GV property is amazing with it's 5 pools and numerous amenities. We were always able to get good seats by the pool. The location is central to the Hotel zone and provides easy walking access to three different grocery stores. We travelled mainly by UBER and the gate staff here at PV are excellent. The grounds are immaculate and the buildings are kept very clean. The host/hostess located on the grounds near the front entrance of all three buildings are so helpful with any questions you may have. We are definitely going to use this property on our future travels to Puerto Vallarta. ##### Rob W. The bedding is old and stained - need new linen desperately on all beds. The master bed mattress is a health hazard, I had lower back aches every morning. Found pieces of glass under the bar stool and hair from front to back. Views of ocean & mountains, Sergio and restaurant was great!!! Could have used a few more kitchen utensils and cookware, but otherwise all was good. The second elevator in the building never worked, so it was slow up and down, and the water was out all day one day. But, that isn't a reflection on this condo, just the building itself. It has a beautiful view, nice and airy, comfortable furniture! I would definitely stay here again! ##### Regina L. The signal was always cutting out. Beds and linens were not high standard. Three days a week of ‘head banging 500+ decibel music’ coming from a club below. From 2 pm-9pm. The Pro’s were: great service from the property manager, Sergio; great food and service in the restaurant located below building ONE, excellent heated pools; and an excellent view! ##### Leslie M. I loved that it was so quiet and we were able to relax at the end of each day. The location is nice but it is a bit of a walk to the grocery store. Also, it is right next to a nice mall but you have to walk all the way around to the front to enter. My family and I don't mind walking so it wasn't a big deal. We would love to stay at this beautiful condo if we every find ourselves in Puerto Vallarta again. ##### Marce S. Beautifully decorated, fabulous view and had all the amenities as advertised. The pictures represent the property accurately. There were 6 girls all in the one condo with plenty of space! Two full bathrooms and large closets with drawers and hanging space. ( the condo doesn't have hangers). We contacted Sergio to purchase all of our groceries for the 5 days for a small fee. He stocked the refrigerator and freezer (with ice!). We celebrated a birthday with a total of 14 girls in 3 condos all in Tower 3\. We all had our own Yeti cups so we took drinks to the pool daily. Please read your check in and contract instructions completely before you arrive as there is great information that you need to know! We had absolutely no issues with anything in the condo! Couple of recommendations for the condo: 1\. Need to have more paper towels 2\. garbage bags and 3\. a Safe. Jose was very responsive and answered all questions expeditiously. Highly recommend this condo for a fabulous trip to Puerto Vallarta! ##### jane n. ---
