PVRPV Puerto Vallarta Vacations presents this modern small and cozy studio located on the rooftop of the Rincon Del Almendro Condominiums. Property features bedroom, updated kitchen, bathroom and large terrace.

Stunning views of Banderas Bay from the terrace with rooftop dipping pool. Best Location in town! Private, quiet but near the beach and restaurants. You can walk to most anything from this Zona Romantica location!

The studio has a semi-private terrace located beside the main rooftop area of the building which is shared with other guests. The dipping pool is located here as well as a small bar area for entertaining.

The studio features an I-pod connection to the stereo, wireless internet, cable TV and an
In-room safe.

This building does not have an elevator and there are 90 stairs to get into the unit.

Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $40.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge.

You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

Cleaning Services

Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $50.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.

Puerto Vallarta is a safe, moderately large, bustling city with plenty of old world Mexican charm, with all the sights, sounds and flavors that come with that. Enjoy daily walks along the Malecon (boardwalk), visit the beach, fine galleries, amazing restaurants, outstanding stage shows and nightspots. You are just steps away from all the excitement.

Construction Notice
Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming a popular vacation hot spot and is currently experiencing rapid growth. As of late 2018 there has been a noticeable increase in construction areas within the Romantic Zone. Construction usually occurs Monday to Saturday during working hours, and may cause some noise and dust. Since there are numerous new construction sites, it is sometime difficult to get away from the additional activity during the day. Casita on the roof

Had a great vacation and loved the place. Check in was so smooth, Arianna was there when we arrived and got us settled quickly. She introduced us to the onsite team provided telephone contact information for everyone. Memo, his wife and Ivan were excellent and always around and helpful with anything we needed. The condo that we stayed in was super quiet, and had a very nice terrace. The location was great - close to the beach, restaurants and night life. We would stay there again - mainly because of the team that “took care of us”. They are what made the place perfect!
