The space
Penthouse 6 has about 1,100 sq ft of living space, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a large private balcony looking out over Banderas Bay, Old Town and Los Muertos Pier. Marble floors lead into an open living and dining area with a sectional sofa and a smart TV.
Kitchen
The kitchen has marble counters, a large marble island with bar seating, Italian cabinetry, a 5-burner gas range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, a full-size fridge with ice maker, a coffee maker, a blender and quality cookware. A whole-house water filtration system, with reverse osmosis at the kitchen tap, means the tap water and ice are safe to drink.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Both bedrooms have king beds with hotel-quality mattresses and sliding pocket walls that close for privacy at night or open up the space during the day. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a marble vanity and a walk-in rainfall shower. The second full bathroom also has a marble vanity and a large walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have bidets, towels, a hair dryer and toiletries.

The views take in Banderas Bay, the Sierra Madre, Los Arcos and the Guadalupe church.

Parking
Limited paid parking is available on site at $50 USD per day; please ask ahead. Paid public parking is also available nearby at Estacionamiento Malecón. Free street parking is also available in the area.

The building entrance has a few steps. No pets and no smoking. This property is currently listed for sale. There is a small chance a short showing may need to be scheduled during your stay; we will always give at least 24 hours of notice and keep any visit brief.
