Welcome to your favorite vacation get-away from now on! Our Peninsula Vallarta condo in Puerto Vallarta commands breath-taking views of each and every amazing sunset over the Bay of Banderas, the amazing Sierra Madre mountains, the lights and rhythm of downtown's Malecon board walk, as well as the nightly fireworks and the beautifully lighted infinity pool and beach 8 floors below. The Peninsula Plaza a short walk from the lobby provides a Starbucks, restaurants, banks, entertainment and shopping. Right across the river from the Plaza is La Isla: a beautiful brand new luxury outdoor mall with everything! Our favorite activities: \* A morning walk 2 miles along the beach to the Malecon stopping for breakfast at our favorite restaurant on the beach, shop shop shop, and take a $5 taxi ride with all your bags!! \* Throwing a towel on the oversized round lounge chair under an umbrella by the infinity pool and reading books while listening to your iPod and sipping on your drink. \* Swimming in the ocean and resting on the beach. Enjoy the fabulous view upon entering the open space living area (living/kitchen/dining/patio) facing the ocean and downtown. Luxury amenities include air conditioning, overhead fans in the dining room and each bedroom, 2 large flat screen LCD televisions with DVD players and 70 channel cable, DSL Wi-Fi, Vonage telephone with 3 wireless phones with free calls to all of USA plus more than 60 other countries. The kitchen is fully equipped with Microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, blender, coffee maker and toaster. Our bedrooms: \* Wake up in the master bedroom's king size bed to an amazing view of the Sierra Madre mountains at sunrise and look out to the bay and downtown. Step out through either glass door onto the patio and soak in the sun. There are chairs and a coffee table in front of the large television with DVD. There is a generous walk-in closet. The master bath has a marble counter with two sinks and both a jet Jacuzzi with hand shower and a glass shower with rain shower head. \* The second master bedroom has a king size bed with a view of the mountains and a glass door to the patio which goes around the building toward the bay. There are two chairs and a coffee table and a chest of drawers and closet space. The private bathroom includes a shower and sink with marble countertop. \* The third bedroom has two double size beds, 2 matching chests of drawers, and a view to the bay and downtown. The bathroom has a sink and shower as well as a closet with extra drawers. \* The fourth bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and built in closet and chest of drawers with the half bath next door. The building also includes a grand 2 story entrance lobby with designer furniture, covered parking, 24 hour security, a business center with Wi-Fi and computers for your use (we do have excellent Wi-Fi in the condo, of course), a huge infinity swimming pool with a view of the sunset, stairs to the beach with rinse-off shower, and, a deluxe movie theater and fantastic restaurants in the La Isla Shopping Mall just next door. Our property manager will greet you in the lobby, orient you, provide instructions for using equipment, and can help arrange optional cleaning services, groceries, and cooking services. Children are welcome! No smoking and pets please. No guests allowed. Note: 8th floor is actually at 10th floor level because of the lobby and mezzanine levels below the 1st floor. If you are staying in the hotel zone, this is a premier property. Of the 3 peninsula towers, this has the best location as it has unobstructed ocean views as well as city views. The pictures are accurate and the property is secure and well maintained. We had an issue with one of the AC units, sent a text, it was fixed the next day. Many restaurants within walking distance and we tried someplace new every night. There is a club next door playing loud music on weekends till 9 pm, but we chose to go to dinner late and it was not a major issue for us. We recommend you stay here. ##### jay s. We stayed with our two adult kids and their spouses and the space worked beautifully. Loved that the windows opened up all the way but at night you can have the air on to sleep well. The views off the front deck kept us very entertained over morning coffee, watching people walking up and down the beach and enjoying the waves. The check in process and constant touch base by text messaging was very appreciated. Food is easy to find at nearby grocery stores and there's lots of restaurants nearby, saving you an UBER trip downtown, although we did that a lot too. Very safe and secure location with good security. There's pool service for snacks and drinks or you can wander the beach. The pool is outstanding and although we didn't have little ones with us, we could see it's an excellent arrangement for younger families too (very large shallow wading pools). Overall this was a well appointed property in a fantastic location, not too high on the 8th floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and it was the best we've had so far in Puerto Vallarta. ##### Sam C. Beautiful place with an incredible view. Great security. Very nice people working there. Walking distance to a bunch of great restaurants. Close to Walmart and Costco. Everything was great and as is in the description. Beautiful property. Loved the tight security making sure no one was entering that shouldn’t be there. The music at the club below the third tower gets to be loud and long on the weekends, but it’s a fun atmosphere. We headed out for dinner anyway. I also would have liked daily cleaning for bathrooms and beds, but that’s just because I’m on vacation and didn’t feel like doing it, ha! Thank you! ##### Kristin W. If we can manage it again, we will rent this unit again and again. The caveat about us managing it has to do with being able to work around everyone's work/school schedule. The VRBO write-up made it sound really great and it exceeded the write-up in every way. We (my wife and I) wanted to provide a nice beach experience for our daughter, son-in-law and their three sons. We (all seven of us) had a most excellent beach, pool, and ocean view experience. We also appreciated the security, and the support from the reception and maintenance staff. ##### Michael P. Let me start by saying that the second we pulled up to the condo we were pleased, didn't think it could get any better than that. But, when he opened the door to our condo it was breathtaking. The views were amazing on all 3 sides. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and the sunsets were amazing every single day. We also couldn't have found a better place for the money. It's beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Everyone should stay here at least once. I know we will be back. Really enjoyed the open balcony and sunsets. Weather was not the best while we were there but that was no fault of the condos. Music from the club did get loud and we had to close everything up if we stayed in and even with it closed up, it was loud. We knew about the club ahead of time but it still got a little annoying since it started so early in the day. Again not a fault of the condo. Our return flight was pushed back until 10:00pm so we reached out to see about a later check out and we’re so pleased that no other renters were coming in and we were able to stay until the evening. This was a condo with the very best views imaginable - ocean, mountain and city views. Oswaldo, the property manager was friendly and communicated regularly - almost every day he checked in. Maid service was excellent. Chris, the owner, was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. The only downside was something the owner and manager could do nothing about -- next door was a night club which played way too loud music every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 9 pm. We had to play our own music very loud to distract us or move away from the night club. We understand the home owners association had approached the club many times to turn down their music, but with no positive results. ##### dennis p. We have stayed at these condos before and love the location. Our condo was top notch with amazing views. There were 4 couples that stayed a week and it was the perfect size for all of us. My husband and I had a bit of a scare with a reservation following our stay and was not sure on what to do. I contacted Chris and his property manager for some help. They both were very helpful and Oswaldo had a back up plan for us if we did not get it all worked out. That says a ton about not only the condo but owner/manager. The fact that the condo was supplied with a phone to make free calls to the US and Wifi was a life saver. We did get our extended travel arrangement worked out with our original agent but it was a big scare. I too rent a place on VRBO and prefer this way of travel. This was my second stay at this beautiful property. We were a group of three couples and we had our own rooms with en-suite baths. Very comfortable beds, luxurious towels. The kitchen is well equipped. We sent a grocery list to Oswaldo, the property manager, and they arrived shortly after our arrival. Such a great service! Speaking of service, it was great. Communication prior to the trip was great and Oswaldo was there to meet us and show us around the condo. He checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure all was well. Everyone at the Peninsula Condominiums were so helpful and welcoming. The front desk or security was always available to help us get a cab. We appreciated the level of security for the condo. Everyone must pass through a security checkpoint to drive into the condos. One thing you do need to be aware of is an outdoor bar located next to condo that plays loud music Friday through Sunday from 3pm-9pm. We hung out at the beautiful pool on Friday during this time, but on Saturday and Sunday, we headed downtown for late afternoon shopping and dinner so we were not affected. This is a great condo with fantastic views of the water and the mountains. I highly recommend this property! ##### Susan W. Everything is made very easy. Chris is great to work with and tells you everything you need to know ahead of time. I've stayed in this building before and didn't have as good of direction as Chris sent out, so it was very appreciated. His management team (Oswaldo) is very responsive if you have any issues. Truly the best! We took a cab almost every night somewhere, and security arranges it all. It's a short, inexpensive cab ride to the Malecon. Pool bar service and food is by far some of the best we've had at any pool. We stayed in December just about the time the whales were there. The view from this unit is as good as it gets. Everyday we saw whales and 1 day we had dolphins. Thanks Chris, I'm sure we'll stay with you again. Please thank Oswaldo as well. ##### Michelle M. Amazing views in all directions and able to enjoy opening patio doors and having breezes make it very comfortable. Everyone took advantage of sitting on the patio as often as possible! It was nice our family members each had own bedroom and bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen was fantastic and we were able to stock up on food, snacks and beverages from grocery store short walk down the street. Chris was helpful with all our questions before our visit, and Oswaldo and Lupita helped with questions during our stay. Everyone at the Peninsula was friendly and attentive and appreciated having security at front gate, on beach front, and throughout facilities. Several of us enjoyed massages at on-site spa, which we highly recommend! We definitely took advantage of the amazing pool and beach! This location is so convenient for walks on the beach, or to nearby restaurants, or for shopping expedition at mall next door. Super easy to get Ubers and taxis. Couple of things discovered was that outdoor bar located next to condo plays very loud music Friday through Sunday all afternoon until 9 pm. Unable to have windows open or relax on patio. Also, no drinks in pool which is a rule which was disappointing since the view from there is great. Our family loved our week stay which was amazing and relaxing. Thank you! ##### Larry W. We had an amazing stay in this condo. Perfect view and plenty of room for everyone. The location is good and makes it simple to get anywhere easily. Our host was great about answering any questions very quickly and thoroughly. We never lacked for anything from towels, utensils, paper products, etc. we all felt very well taken care of and wished we could stay longer.
