Good size kitchen and living room, bedroom with a balcony off of it and a balcony off the kitchen. Very short walk to the beach, restaurants nearby and within 5 to 10 minute walk. The owner is extremely helpful and attentive. There is also a wonderful roof top patio overlooking the ocean for your use and enjoyment. All in all a great spot. Highly recommend it. ##### nora k. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The roof top patio is spectacular. Great spot to relax with stunning views. Aida and Daniel were fantastic. The rooftop is the best, huge area - half shaded - with lots of sun loungers, big sofa for all building guest. It provides a 360 view of the area. This is a small apartment complex in a great location, close to restaurants and beach access. The apartment is well equipped for an extended stay, decorated tastefully and comfortably. The linens and towels provided were of good quality. The bed was very comfortable and there is a large closet and dresser for personal belongings. Great internet service and the television has sky HD TV. Our suite was on the first floor and had a small balcony off the bedroom, which was great for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. There is a very nice roof top terrace, decorated with comfortable lounge chairs, a large sectional sofa and plants, providing a nice place to mingle with some of the other tenants, enjoy the sun and even spot a few whales. We had a few minor maintenance issues which were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction.The building is very well maintained and clean.
