"Our condo was great - lovely space, beautiful location beach and pools. Problem was dishwasher and disposal didn’t work. We asked for repair. They said they’d send someone but didn’t so no dw or disposal for the entire week. Also small bathroom off of entry smelled terrible - probably mold - and was impossible to use. The resort and space are great. Customer service is not. "

"We only stayed for a long weekend but the condo was lovely. Clean, spacious, furnished with lots of style but not pretentious. Complex was well maintained and the pool by the beach was a spectacular location. All of the staff we met were so helpful and efficient. Having someone to cook and clean was a huge added bonus. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.Would definitely return. "

"very nice property!!...very well maintained, .we felt safe as there was security 24/7..all staff at the resort were very friendly...the beach right outside the resort was rocky ..but we were informed of this prior to trip...there are 2 beautiful beaches within a 5 minute walk with full amenities...i highly recommend this property...i hope to return 1 day!jeff p......canada"

"We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, quiet, comfortable. We would have liked better lighting in the kitchen and above the dining table. The pool was nice except for the fact that it was heated to warm. Would have been nice to be 10-15 degrees cooler."

"Excellent property. Staff were all so accommodating and welcoming. There is an app to use to order room service, book dinner reservations etc. which makes things super convenient. The food was pretty good! The beach was quite nice. Not a swimming beach but you are at a surf resort. You can walk fairly far to the south and the beach is all sand. If you book a junior suite like I did, note it surrounds the courtyard and there are evenings where there will be very loud music until rather late. So if you are early to bed, early to rise, this won’t be your ideal location. If I knew about that, I would absolutely have requested to upgrade before we settled in. On our last night the courtyard music ended around 10, then the live music in the secrets bar above went until 1:00am. "
