We are also located 4 miles from the Botanical Gardens and 4 miles from the Puerto Vallarta Zoo. Transportation to any and all beaches south of Villa is provided by local boat taxies that take clients to villages and beaches located along the coast. Guest have private access to the beach and into the small fishing village of Boca de Tomatlan
Villa has 9 elegant and luxury beautifully decorated master suites. Every suite is uniquely different from each other. Each suite is uniquely designed, furnished and decorated. Furnished with elegant Italian furniture, the suites have large beautiful
 bathrooms and showers with walk in closets. All suites have king size beds with a living room area and sofa with wall mounted television, wifi, air condition, large ceiling to floor sliding glass windows and beautiful marble floors. Every suite has large walk out terraces, with ocean, beach, gardens, swimming pool and tropical forest views.
The dining area is a very impressive, with a floor to ceiling curved window 20 feet high overlooking the ocean and beach. The dining area has a beautiful chandelier hanging from 25 feet vaulted ceiling above the dinning table. The glass dinning table sits 14 guest. It is truly a wonderful place for family dining gatherings. The kitchen is furnished with high end quality appliance (Thermidor, viking, and sub zero) and wine coolers, a large window view to the ocean. with a dining island for 8 guest. It is certainly a chefs dream kitchen.
The living room is separated from the dining area with a beautiful indoor garden. The living room is an impressive area, with fine imported wood carved entertainment display case. With wrap around sofa facing the a large build in television, fine furniture, and entertainment bar. All this areas have large walk out terraces overlooking the beach. Villa has 14 bathrooms, an indoor waterfall cascading two floors, a grand entrance that overlooks the dinning area, a lobby, two laundry rooms, and several furnished retread areas that overlook the ocean, swimming pools and gardens perfect for socializing and gatherings.
The outdoor garden area is beautifully landscaped with tropical trees, plants, flowers and coconut palm trees. Every angle of the outdoors area has beautiful ocean, beach, and tropical forest views. Cascading down a huge natural rock. The other swimming pool offers an impressive 60 feet high by 60 feet wide waterfall cascading into the 9 feet deep swimming pool. It is a beautiful and impressive area to relax and enjoy the natural breeze that the waterfall provides.
The facility offers a commercial and very well equipped outdoor Chefs kitchen capable of serving up to 150 guest, with 6 commercial refrigerators, commercial oven, fryers, stoves, microwaves, dish washing area, and hot plate area. The outdoors dining area overlooks the ocean, beach, gardens, swimming pools and tropical forest. Dining for up to 150 guest or a very comfortable area for small family gatherings, for parties, dining or relaxing.
Guest have private access to the beach and into the small fishing village of Boca de Tomatlan.
The drive way to Villa will accommodate 20 vehicles and parking to accommodate an additional 40 vehicles is available on the property
Security booth located at the entrance to Villa provides 24 hour security personal. Included with the Villa rental are 3 house-maids for daily room service, 2 outside maintenance personal, 1 day security, and 1 evening security.
Not included with the Villa rental are the service of a chef and his staff
