Park Royal Homestay Los Tules is one of the classic “every year” vacation spots for vacationers set on enjoying the very heart of old Vallarta. Smack in the middle of town, guests get access to the most famous beaches, and many travelers have come back every year for decades.  
  
The air-conditioned apartment has a balcony offering panoramic views, a safe, and a flat-screen TV.  
These 3 bedrooms apartments come with 1 king bed, 3 full beds, and 2 sofa beds in the living room. It can accommodate 9 people!  
  
The Los Tules villas, over-sized and fully equipped, are perfect for extended stays and regular, long, fulfilling vacations. With full kitchens, private balconies, and views of the bay, you’ll take to the resort’s seven swimming pools, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, and barbeque area on the grounds.
