THE CONDO IS ON THE BEACH WITH GATE ACCESS DIRECTLY TO THE BEACH. Puerto Vallarta is located on the beautiful Pacific Ocean of Mexico, where the water is warm year round and where dolphins and whales make their playground, it is also strategically located at the foot of the Sierra Madre Mountains, giving you the best of both worlds - the Mountains and the Ocean. The landscape combines a mix of mountains, jungle, beach and one of the largest bays in the world, and many spectacular species of wildlife. For a beach resort, Puerto Vallarta is even more special because it has retained the local Mexican architecture and friendly culture. There are so many sights to choose from, whether it be the Malecon, or promenade, lined with art, sand art, art galleries, churches, restaurants and shops. Puerto Vallarta has been named one of the friendliest cities in the world. The people are helpful and the environment is very, very safe. The climate is outstanding. You can expect sunshine every day and only short interruptions of tropical rain showers during the months of July through October. The sunsets are absolutely incredible, setting the stage for an intimate dinner, followed by some outstanding nightlife choices. The Grand Venetian resort is strategically situated in the hotel zone, just a 10 minute drive from the international airport, and about 10 minutes drive to the heart of downtown Puerto Vallarta. . Everything you need is within walking distance including The La Isla Shopping Mall next door, restaurants, multiple supermarkets, movie theaters with the latest films in English, casinos, Starbucks, Chili's,...less than a mile from Sam's, Wal-Mart and Costco..... Enjoy watching all of the beach and bay activities, winter and spring whales and dolphins, boats, cruise ships, fireworks, the glittering lights of the town, all from your spacious terrace with private Jacuzzi. Local buses for the 10 minute ride to town are just 7.50 pesos (no more than 50 cents). Taxis are readily available and also inexpensive. Also, the new La Isla Shopping and Entertainment Mall is adjacent to the property and within 2 minutes walking distance. It is the newest mall in Puerto Vallarta and has plenty of high end international shops, restaurants and a first rate Cinema showing the latest high end movies (in English). Visit their website at www.laislapuertovallarta.mx Tower 2000 at the Grand Venetian has the best view of town, the bay and coastline and the mountain backdrop. This high end property is private for owners and renters. Entrances are gated and security is 24/7\. There are multiple pools, large, common Jacuzzis and this condo has a small, private Jacuzzi on the terrace. There are two large infinity pools next to the beach (in front of Tower 2000) with exquisite views of town, boating and beach activities. Each tower has underground parking and a beautiful lobby. There is a wonderful gym, business center and game room. This Condo, located on the 10th floor of Tower 2000 is one of the largest three bedroom models, with around 2,160 sq feet of luxury living. The condo is fully equipped with a full kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, blender etc) and laundry. There are smart flat screen TV's in every bedroom, and wireless internet. There are 3 bedrooms each with ceiling fans, a rear terrace and private bathroom with walk in showers and walk in closets. The master bedroom has a King bed, the second has a queen and the third has two doubles. Linens and towels are provided. A laundry/utility room is also included in the wonderful design of this condo. The main living area is open and airy. The terrace is the perfect place for sunbathing, dining, or to enjoy soaking in your own private outdoor Jacuzzi, watching the incredible views of the beach, the bay, the town and the mountains. Watch the pirate ship cross the bay each morning and night without ever leaving the Jacuzzi! Puerto Vallarta has an active calendar of events all year long. There are numerous boat cruises during the day or night at great values. Many beaches along the Bay of Banderas can only be reached by water, and the boat cruises are a wonderful way of seeing more than one location in a single day trip. Fishing boats and private charters are easy to find. There are several different locations for flying through the jungle on zip lines, one of the newest and most fun activities. You can swim with the dolphins. From your Grand Venetian terrace, you can see dolphins and whales during the winter and early spring months. There are restaurants of every cuisine and price range, many with top chefs. Puerto Vallarta is one of the best places in the world to spend Christmas and/or New Years. And PV also hosts fireworks competitions, fishing competitions, volleyball tournaments. You can rent ATVs and take guided treks through the jungle. Play golf on some of the finest courses in Mexico. The water activities are plentiful. Jet ski, parasail, kayak, snorkel, scuba.... Downtown is full of great shopping, art galleries, entertainment along the Malecon, fireworks. My family has stayed at the Gran Venetian on a number of occasions. Our stay at Paul’s lovely condo has been our favourite. Lily, the property manager was a pleasure to work with and replied to our inquiries promptly. The unit very was very well appointed from the well equipped kitchen, plentiful linens, pool /sand toys for the little ones and a beautiful bouquet of flowers to welcome us! The condo is beautifully decorated, very spacious and has a spectacular view of the pool area, beach and ocean. We loved how centrally located it was, too.It was just a short taxi/uber ride to the marina and the zona romántica. We enjoyed walking around the shops at La Isla Mall located next door. The booking of the property was smooth and the communication with Paul (owner) and Lilly (property manager) was top notch! All in all it was a perfect stay and hope to return some day.Thank you! ##### Melia G. Some were heated and some not. Very nice restaurant on the property. People were very friendly. The condo with a bathroom for every bedroom was very nice. We were on the 10th floor which was very nice. Never used air as we had a nice breeze going thru. The decor and set up was very nice. All in all We really enjoyed the condo. ##### Jim O. It was nine of us and we all fit perfectly. We had some hiccups at the beginning and that had me worried at first but it was resolved. We were thrilled to spend a week in this beautiful, clean and well-appointed Condo. The grounds, pools and beach views were spectacular! The on-site pool bar and grill was so convenient, affordable and the food was very tasty. Two thumbs up to Ernesto and Cesar our poolside waiters who we kept very busy with our group of 8! The property owner Paul was great to deal with during the booking process and quick to respond to my questions. Lily the property manager was right there to greet us and show us around the place when we arrived. She also helped us book a very fun boat trip for our group and recommended a fabulous seafood restaurant for us. I highly recommend the Grand Venetian property. Great location with all the conveniences nearby like Costco, Super Walmart and a fabulous mall right at the gate entrance. We’ve rented many beach condos over the years and Paul’s place is definitely one of the best! ##### Cathy M. From check-in with the property manager, Lily, to not being rushed on the day we were checking out came off without a hitch. The condo was stocked with plates/cups/bowls/pots/pans/seasonings. There were also beach toys, beach towels, a volleyball, noodle, and cooler to name a few extras. The views from the master bedroom and family room could not be beat. We enjoyed the restaurant next door (twice) called El Oasis Del Holi. Good food/drinks/service. My only minor gripe about our stay was the service at the pool area. I was often overlooked (maybe because I was usually by myself?) but I'd end up going up to the bar which was quicker then being asked if I'd like anything. Overall, I'd definitely return to this condo. ##### Denise B. The views from this property are stunning! The home is comfortable, spacious and beautiful. From the master bed you can open your eyes and whale watch in the mornings! Three bathrooms and three bedrooms make it comfortable for all guests. (We pushed together the two single to make a second ‘king’). Plenty of pots and pans, plates, cups, spices, etc for cooking. Laundry set up works great! Bath and beach towels provided. Even pool floaties and a cooler! Quick access to and great view of the pools. Excellent food and drinks at the pool restaurant/bar. (Service isn’t super fast, but friendly staff.) You can also bring your own drinks to the pool, so it’s nice to have both options! A nice beach area out front as well. Close walk to the mall and some yummy restaurants. Lilly, the condo manager, is fantastic to communicate with and just a great lady! She has a team of people who help with anything you may need. My wife and family enjoyed the place! It was very clean and exactly how it is in the pictures. Lilly, the manager, was very nice and sweet and communication was excellent before and during our visit.
