A few details to highlight for you for this unit so there are no surprises are as follows: \- The windows and patio doors open onto the shared patio. Sheer curtains and nighttime blackout curtains are provided for your privacy \- There is a nice view from the patio across old town towards the ocean but there is not really any view from inside this unit. For panoramic views from a large private roof deck complete with outdoor kitchen please check out our listing for Unit C in the same building. \- The sofa/futon in the living area seats 3 and sleeps 1-2 people. The sleeping platform size is 1.85m x 1.25m or 73" x 49", so a bit smaller than a full size bed at 75" x 54" \- There is no in-unit laundry in this unit but you will find a very affordable laundry service just down the street \- The property is located in a vibrant, urban neighborhood, meaning occasional noise is possible during certain hours.
