Good Location. Clean. Modern. Nice staff.

We stayed for a week. It was a nice location fairly close to the ocean and to restaurants. The only downside is the elevator is a bit slow. The rooftop is very spectacular. Great view of the ocean and a nice warm hot tub

Second time was even better!

We love this condo. We chose to return 2 years later and it’s still amazing. Great space for a family of 4, amazing location, and rooftop pool that is indescribably beautiful. We spent a lot of time at the property and loved every minute of it. Owner and property manager are both very easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Modern condo

The condo was what we were looking for. It is close to restaurants . Secure building 24/7. Nice and roomy. I spent a lot of time by the rooftop pool getting some sun.

Perfect Location & Quiet

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was modern and large. Close to everything in old town. The elevators were a bit slow to go to the rooftop pool so we were actually glad to be on a lower floor to walk down/up flights of stairs as needed.

Location, Value, Fun

Easy walk everywhere. Great food, waterfront and beaches, bars and nightlife are all close by and within a safe walk. We loved the "walk up" from the street including full time security at the locked entrance. Balcony faces a quiet street with an easy elevator up to a spectacular rooftop deck, pool and bar. It was an ideal place for us with no surprises on arrival and no regrets as we departed, except that we had to leave. Thanks to Joel and the entire 105SailView staff for a great time.

This place is AWESOME

We were thrilled to have a week in this amazing condo in the Zona Romantica! The 2019 building is very attractive, had all the amenities we needed - 3 beds, 2 baths, washer/dryer, kitchen, wifi, AC, patio, filtered water! - and then some. The rooftop pool, hot tub and bar are indescribably beautiful. It's hard not to spend all day. Our teens liked the gym a lot and the 24 hour staff was very friendly and helpful. Traci was very helpful in the lead-up to our trip answering questions and giving suggestions, and her property manager was on site to check us in and very available throughout the trip if we needed him. The location just a little up the hill from all the action (you can walk basically everywhere) was a nice respite. We liked the feeling of still being in the city, and because the unit is on the 2nd floor and with all glass on the exterior, there was a little outside noise on a couple of the nights but otherwise it was surprisingly quiet (and shades kept our privacy, including black out shades in the front bedroom). We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
