As a result, guests should expect significant noise, especially at night and on weekends. During holidays and peak seasons, the noise levels from nearby clubs can be more intense. Additionally, there is an extractor from a restaurant below, which may generate some noise. Please also note that there is an ongoing construction project in the block across the street, which occasionally cause noise during working hours. This one-bedroom condo features a king-size bed, two full bathrooms, and two balconies. The kitchen shines with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. For those who like to cook, there is a gas stove and oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and toaster at your disposal with indoor seating for up to 4. A private balcony is located just off of the living area and has seating for two. Sit outside and watch the action taking place on the cobblestone streets below. The living area sports a high-definition Smart TV with access to Netflix, Youtube, and Spotify. Fiber-optic WiFi internet is included for all your entertainment or business needs. Enjoy the convenience of an included parking spot conveniently situated next to the elevator. Located inside the Pavilion building - Zona Romantica's newest condo development. Common Amenities The new Pavilion building is all about its common amenities. The development boasts not one but two large common area terraces. The 5th-floor terrace features a sparkling semi-Olympic lap pool accompanied by several lounge chairs, cabanas, and an indoor/outdoor cinema. The rooftop (8th floor) terrace features a dipping pool, saltwater, and freshwater jacuzzi, bar area, BBQ, and lounge seating surrounded by greenery and views of Zona Romantica. With a push of the button, you can let your friends in to join you for a movie or BBQ on the roof (just be sure to let us know they'll be joining you beforehand). The Neighborhood The Pavilion building is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Pavilion. The beach is also a short walk, about 2 blocks west of Pavilion. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc. Security Gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7\. Very safe building in a safe neighborhood. A member of our team will meet you at the building for check-in. Afterward, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day OR drop by our local office, located just one block away. Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas. Getting Around You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is within walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable. Other Things to Note Renters must be at least 25 years old. Not suitable for children. Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. We actually love the space and The management company was incredible. Unfortunately this location impacted by a night club that stays open until 5 AM with speakers blaring into the streets. It is so loud you will feel the bass and earplugs become pretty useless. I was actually amazed at the volume. Condo was clean and neat and located in a great spot, except this unit was across street from a club with a sound system that was booming until 4 am. It did stop when a COVID surge shut down clubs. They will all open again September ‘21\. Kitchen fairly well appointed. No tv or coffee table in living room. Huge tv in bedroom 7 feet from you head when laying down. Hot water takes 5-7 minutes to come up, and lasts 3 minutes; quick showers necessary. Building staff very accommodating, pool areas very nice. ##### Mark F.
