Just a short walk from Los Muertos Beach, the Malecón, and top restaurants, cafés, and shops, this home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and city life. The space 🚧 Please note: the ground floor of the building is currently undergoing daytime construction as a part of a future gourmet center for the property. While work does not take place inside the condo, some days are very noisy. Construction takes place Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. There is no construction on Sundays or holidays. We appreciate your understanding as the building completes this exciting long-term improvement, which will enhance the overall experience once finished. 🖼️ The condo’s modern décor and cozy design create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for your stay. 🏡 Inside the Condo • Bedroom: King-size bed, ensuite bathroom, blackout curtains, and Smart TV • Living Area: Spacious and cozy, with a queen Murphy bed for 2 additional guests, plus a second full bathroom for convenience • Kitchen and Dining: Fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and a parota wood dining table for 4 • Smart Home System: Control A/C, fans, blinds, and lighting with ease, plus enjoy contactless phone chargers throughout • Connectivity: High-speed fiber optic WiFi, perfect for work or streaming ✨ Unbeatable Amenities Guests enjoy full access to Avida’s world-class common areas, including: • Rooftop infinity pool and hot-tub with panoramic ocean, city, and mountain views • Rooftop BBQ area, fire pit, and hammocks for lounging • Two-story gym with modern equipment • Shared workspaces and reading lounge • Daybeds, table tennis, and TV/game room for fun and relaxation 🔒 Security This is a gated building with 24/7 onsite security officers and surveillance cameras. Located in a safe, walkable neighborhood. 🔑 Guest access Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules: \- An open rooftop from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Monday to Sunday. \- A gym open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. \- The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 3 pm for maintenance reasons. 📝Other things to note \- Access wristbands will be provided at check-in and must be worn while using the common areas during your stay. \- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. \- Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. \- Renters must be at least 25 years old. \- Smoking is NOT allowed within the individual units or balconies nor any of the common areas or amenity spaces including the rooftop. \- There is a $300-pesos fee to use the rooftop grill. \- There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Tuesday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them. Visitor's policy: Up to two visitors are allowed. They must provide ID at the entrance and leave by 10 PM. Great view and facilities. However, the host offered no solution when there was non-stop construction noise making it impossible to use the unit during the day. Although they did mention that there was construction noise in the listing, they did not mention that it would be shaking the walls for forcing me to leave the unit during daylight hours. Further they charged me for a small appliance that was already broken when I got to the unit, and they would have known that if they had met me for a walk-through, which they skipped. I am completely dissatisfied with charge, I would have settled for the price of a regular appliance at the prices local paid but not triple the cost. ##### Kyle S. It is on a busier road but honestly did not hear much road noise. This particular unit did not have a walk out balcony... I overlooked that detail in the description. The roof top deck however was very nice with outstanding views. Found a fantastic coffee shop directly behind the building that I went back to over and over. The place was very clean.
