BEDROOMS   
This luxury condo has two private bedrooms, each with a plush king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, smart TV, and ample closet space. Step out onto your own private balcony for fresh air and stunning views.  
  
BATHROOMS   
There are two and a half bathrooms in this home, each equipped with a rain shower head and plush towels. Pamper yourself with the luxury bath products provided for your use.  
  
KITCHEN   
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including stainless steel appliances and seating for four at the kitchen bar. Enjoy your meals indoors or al fresco on the balcony dining table.  
  
LIVING ROOM   
The open floor plan connects the kitchen to the spacious living area, where you can relax on the comfortable sofa and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Getting around  
Transportation by taxi, Uber, or bus is ubiquitous, easy, and cheap but if you've got wheels there's street garage parking for 1 car. Walking: about 8-10 minutes to the Conchas Chinas beach, 12-15 to Los Muertos beach, and 15-20 minutes to Zona Romantica.  
  
Other things to note  
\*\*\* Please note that this property is for sale and, occassionally we might request a showing of the property to potential buyers.  
  
There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.  
  
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.  
  
NON-CONTACT SELF-CHECK-IN is available upon request.  
  
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
