High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace are available for you. COMMON AREAS Zenith's common areas include a rooftop terrace with a pool, hydro massage tub, lounge chairs, dining area, BBQ, and fitness room. The building has an elevator for convenient access to the rooftop. Security is on-site 24/7. Neighborhood description Location, location, location! The Zenith building is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Zenith. The beach is also a short walk, 3 blocks west of Zenith. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, etc. Getting around You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable. Guest access Guests have full access to the condo and the building's common areas. Guest's visitors are welcome to visit inside the condo, but access to the common areas is restricted to guests with a current reservation only. \- The lobby and common pool areas including the pool and Jacuzzi are open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. \- The gym is open from 7 am to 10 pm. (It is mandatory to bring your own towel) Other things to note Visitor’s policy: Renters are allowed to receive up to 2 visitors per day. They must be registered at least 1 hr. in advance. Each visitor must leave an ID at the front desk for time they are in the building. Visitor hours are from 9 am and they cannot stay past 12:00 a.m. They do not have access to the common areas (pool, gym, etc.). at any time. The careful arrangement of the condo and its amenities provided a cozy retreat for both my wife and me. The comforting air conditioning made our time in the warm climate truly enjoyable. The location within the romantic zone was ideal - granting us easy access to all the area has to offer while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. Though recommending it wholeheartedly poses a unique challenge, not due to any flaw, but rather the fear of it becoming less available for our own future visits. Regarding the pool hours, a suggestion comes to mind: a couple of extra hours in the morning and evening would be a nice touch, although it didn’t significantly impact our stay. It’s merely a gentle thought for the consideration of future guests. In conclusion, this unit is a fantastic choice for a stay in Puerto Vallarta’s romantic zone. While it’s difficult not to rave about it, there’s a part of us that wants to keep it a bit of a secret for our own possible return. ##### Jacob J. PV can be notoriously loud due to the constant construction, but this unit was surprisingly quiet. The was stocked with everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. Our concierge Aurora was also very attentive, and promptly addressed all concerns. Lastly, the unit is located just one block from the restaurants and bars, and an easy 15 min walk to Mantamar beach club. I would highly recommend this property. ##### Daniel M.
