This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Zenith. The beach is also a short walk, just more than 2 blocks west of Zenith. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, etc. âś… Guest access Guests have full access to the condo and the building's common areas. Guest's visitors are welcome to visit inside the condo, but access to the common areas is restricted to guests with a current reservation only. \- The common pool areas including the pool and Jacuzzi are open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The use of "Yeti thermos" is allowed in the pool. \- The gym is open from 7 am to 10 pm. (It is mandatory to bring your own towel) đź“Ś Other things to note Visitor’s policy: Renters are allowed to receive up to 2 visitors per day. They must be registered at least 1 hr. in advance. Each visitor must leave an ID at the front desk for time they are in the building. Visitor hours are from 9 am and they cannot stay past 12:00 a.m. They do not have access to the common areas (pool, gym, etc.). at any time. I consider myself an interior design snob and this place has my approval. Colorful and comfortable decor, I especially liked the retro lightbulbs used throughout. We were a group of 4 and felt we had plenty of space much in part to the fold out bed and sliding doors that made it feel like a 2 bedroom. The location couldn't be better, we walked to the beach in the afternoons and walked to restaurants and bars at night, so many good places to eat! Dash was a gracious host and let us know he was available if we needed him at any time. Almost forgot about the rooftop! The best part, the rooftop pool is amazing, especially at night and we practically had it to ourselves.
