This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Zenith. The beach is also a short walk, just more than 2 blocks west of Zenith. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, etc. âś… Guest access Guests have full access to the condo and the building's common areas. Guest's visitors are welcome to visit inside the condo, but access to the common areas is restricted to guests with a current reservation only. \- The common pool areas including the pool and Jacuzzi are open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The use of "Yeti thermos" is allowed in the pool. \- The gym is open from 7 am to 10 pm. (It is mandatory to bring your own towel) đź“Ś Other things to note Visitor’s policy: Renters are allowed to receive up to 2 visitors per day. They must be registered at least 1 hr. in advance. Each visitor must leave an ID at the front desk for time they are in the building.
