It is located in a resort setting, with gated entrance,
There is 24 hour security and front desk just like a hotel.
Upon arrival, guests can Go to the front desk and get the key to the unit.
There is a seasonal On site restaurant with room service options.
The condo is on the 3rd floor, with exceptional open views of the ocean and green lush mountains.
The complex has private gate entry to the beach, With outdoor shower , pool , jacuzzi and large tennis court.
The building has a restaurant serving breakfast,lunch and dinner during high season.( starting in October) reasonable price. We can not guarantee the restaurant Hours or days open. It can vary
The complex has a very friendly 24 hours front office reception crew, to provide you with condo keys, beach towels, gym and beach keys , ice, extra supplies ,wifi codes and all other sevices. ( very similar to a hotel front desk)
There are multiple small restaurants on the beach with local food services and reasonable prices.
There are many vendors on the beach offering fishing , jet skis, parasailing, snorkeling, day boat trips, whale watching etc.....
The condo is next to the 5 star Hotel ”Barcelo ” Resort, offering
“day passes” to eat and enjoy the facility at very reasonable rates.(9am to 6 pm ,all you can eat and drink ).
The area is known for 2 major Hollywood movies." The Night of Iguana" ‘ and " Predator 1" with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Also the new TV series “Acapulco” with Barcelo hotel used as the main filming place.
The colors, sounds and the fresh air surrounding this paradise like setting leaves you with a lasting memory of peace and tranquility.
The condo is :
1 bedroom with a large king size bed , and private full bathroom .
Very large living room with a second full bathroom , 2 futons that can be used as bed, dinning table .
2 people can comfortably live there but’ up to 4 people maybe possible
Newley renovated kitchen with all the appliances.
Good size balcony overlooking the blue ocean.
TV in bedroom and in the living-room, DVD and some reading books and magazines.
Additional blankets,pillows and towels for extra people .
Washer and dryer unit, iron and iron board, with extra closet in the living room.
There are 2 options for Wifi
1- WiFi available, as a shared wifi in the building. ( user name 5303, password 5303 )
Having a personal hotspot device may help straighten the wifi signals
inside the unit.
2-We have just added our own personal wifi

#### My husband and I have been coming here for 35 years, this was absolutely our favorite.
We had a wonderful stay and we eat at the Mismaloya Grill every night. It’s always a treat to come back to the beach to visit Rocky / Roger and Tony. We would have stayed longer if our friends condo didn’t get cancelled.

My mom and I had had such a magical and beautiful vacation. From the location, to the people, the water, food, the flowers and birds and butterflies. It was magic. The view from the balcony was beyond words. Everything was so kind and helpful. We are planning on coming again next year!!!!!!

#### Nice Location in a tranquil & quiet setting
The building is in a nice quiet location. It is an older condo building but is very well maintained and has all the amenities needed. We met many other people staying or living at the condo building in addition to the building staff and everyone was very pleasant. The pool, jacuzzi, tennis and sitting areas are wonderful. There is a fantastic restaurant within the condo that is open for lunch & dinner. We really enjoyed their food.The condo itself is very comfortable and accommodating with an amazing view of the bay and ocean. On many days we seen whales and dolphins from our balcony. We definitely plan to come back again as we really enjoyed our stay.

Don't hesitate and book. The view is amazing, the appartment clean and confortable. The beach is easily accessible and the restaurant on the site is VERY good! The pool is clean and heated just enough! I didn't expect the room to be as big as it was and the king size bed is also very confortable. We will definitly be back :)

Mismaloya is a beautiful area and this unit makes the most of the view. The condo is in excellent condition as are the furniture and appliances. You are out of the hectic Puerto Vallarta vibe but just a twenty minute bus ride to visit this wonderful city. The condo building is extremely well run.There is a beautiful pool area, on site restaurant & tennis court.

This condo is just as described,location,location,Location!! We loved that it’s about a 15 minute car ride from the downtown and there is a bus stop also right there by this condo. We had just Gorgeous Sunsets every night!! The food at the onsite restaurant was very good. The owner was very responsive when we needed to ask a question or two. We loved our trip and we hope we can come back again!!!

#### Wonderful stay
The stay was wonderful. The condo is about a 40 min drive from the airport, but the drive is worth it. Mismaloya is way quieter and less hectic than the resort area. The check in process was very easy. The people at the desk speak enough English to help with that process, but speaking even a little Spanish will help. The condo itself is a nice size. We had dinner on the balcony a few times, and the views are magnificent. Easy access to the beach, and the fact that it’s a less crowded area, made staying here very enjoyable. Definitely worth every cent.

Beautiful property, condo is clean and spacious.unbelievable views, lots of restaurants around on beach and in the village. It’s accessible and a great place to spend the week. The pool has plenty of lounge chairs, never too busy.Only complaint would be the bedroom. Bed is bouncy and uncomfortable. Hard to sleep if the person next to you moves even a little. Street noise is loud from bedroom so make sure you bring ear plugs or a white noise option. Otherwise that, had a beautiful stay!

We brought 2 granddaughters down as a high school graduation gift for the younger one. It was fabulous! The La Jolla de Mismaloya condos are a perfect place to stay with magnificent views, wonderful staff, and perfect location. Amazing location and unit. Well outfitted with dishes etc. Had to pick up a few things such as dish soap,and HE laundry soap, paper towels and some spices (lots of salt but no other spices). Beach towels provided and cleaner comes 2x per week. Snorkeling is best on the ledt side ftom the beach along the rocky shore. Saw lots of fish and a sea turtle twice. Out at the iguana pole at the end of the path there is a ton of anemones and it gets clearer.

We loved our stay!! The condo had everything we needed. It was great to go out to the balcony and see life on the water of Mismaloya. We fished off the paved walkway below the condos. We caught needlefish but enjoyed the fight of what we called mini Marlins... 😁The unit was clean and well maintained. Condo staff was welcoming and attentive. The pool was awesome! Nice and cool on those hot days. Private access to the beach which was really nice. We will definitely come back and stay here.

The view is beautiful. It is spacious. We like the environment, the on-site restaurant is nice. The beach is beautiful. The detergent of sheets is strong, it causes skin rash. The light bulb of living room is pure white and bleak, we used other lights instead. The toilet seat covers need replacement. But those are minor and not too expensive to do.

#### definitely worth the trip outside of PV
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo that was much larger than the pictures showed. The view was beautiful watching the sunset every night. The condo complex is well cared for and was quiet while we were there. There are quite a few excellent dining options close by including the Mismaloya Grill, just before it closed for the season. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The condo was comfortable and the property well cared for with nice private areas to look at the ocean and sea life. We will definitely be returning at some point and will make sure we are stocked with groceries since some restaurants close early and not open certain days. Make sure you bring cash since the ATM nearby is often broken. Excellent value!

#### Amazing Property with unsurpassed view
The property was as advertised. Staff were very friendly. Condo very clean and overall good shape. A few odds and ends need attention but overall good. Internet was very good. The view is absolutely amazing. Mismaloya itself is very rustic with limited services but the people were great and some incredible restaurants. Took the bus for $10 pesos (less than a $1.00 CAD) to PV multiple times. Took a taxi back when we Grocery shopped which is really required as Mismaloya can be slim pickings for supplies. If you’re there for only a few nights you can get by though. Would do it again!
