Had a few issues over the first few days but Jorge had them taken care of very promptly. Please note unit has smart TVs so there aren't really any free channels, If you have accounts with streamers be sure to bring your sign in info. In the gym there are only 3 machines and we could not figure out how to use the treadmill.
