Designer decorated 1 bedroom corner unit at Zenith in Puerto Vallarta's Old Town aka The Romantic Zone. Large wrap-around balcony and expansive views put this penthouse among the top places to stay in downtown Vallarta. The Zenith building (completed in April 2016) boasts modern amenities and styling. It's located on the corner of Venustiano Carranza and Calle Constitucion, 2.5 blocks from the beach and surrounded by the towns best restaurants, produce markets, boutiques and art galleries. Zenith's common areas include a rooftop terrace with a pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, dining area, BBQ and fitness room. Security is on site 24/7\. Security Gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7\. Very safe building in a safe neighborhood. Guest Access Guests have full access to the condo and the building's common areas. Guest's visitors are welcome to visit inside the condo, but access to the common areas is restricted to guests with a current reservation only. NOTE: You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may result in a fine of $2,000 Mexican Pesos or more. \- The lobby and common pool areas including the pool and Jacuzzi are open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. \- The gym is open from 7 am to 10 pm. (It is mandatory to bring your own towel) Interaction with Guests A member of our team will meet you at the building for check in. Afterwards, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day. The Neighborhood The Zenith building is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Pavilion. The beach is also a short walk, just more than 2 blocks west of Zenith. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including: parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc. Getting Around You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable. Other Things to Note Visitor’s policy: Renters are allowed to receive up to 2 visitors per day. They must be registered at least 1 hr. in advance. Each visitor must leave an ID at the front desk for time they are in the building. Visitor hours are from 9 am and they cannot stay past 12:00 a.m. They do not have access to the common areas (pool, gym, etc.). at any time. There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Wednesday for about 20 minutes, any time after 10:00 a.m., to tend to them. Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. There are new condo developments in progress around town and they may contribute noise and/or dust to the neighborhood. At the moment, there are no disturbances at the condo due to construction but be advised that could change. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy. The unit itself is lovely with two balcony's and there was very little road noise. The unit was impeccable. We loved breakfast on the veranda as the city awoke, time at the luxurious rooftop pool as the sun got hot, and strolls on the Malacon in the afternoon. We slept well in the very comfortable bed and enjoyed lounging in the living room with the AC on. Our concierge was helpful, welcoming and always available. The only constructive feedback is that the bed was less than ideal - very firm and uncomfortable (coming from someone who enjoys a firm bed), and very squeaky. It had everything we needed for our stay. The place was clean, check in was a breeze and we were very comfortable. It was close to everything we wanted in the romantic zone. The place lived up to my expectations from the listing and I would stay here again. The only drawback was the business on the street that blasted the radio station during the afternoon. However the nights were quiet so we slept well. And we were usually out and about in the afternoon so we were not botherer too much by the noise. ##### Glenn K. Very clean, and surprisingly quiet. (I expected night club music) There is some traffic noise (mainly people's car radios, going by that is noticeable, however, it never kept us awake at night. The bed, unfortunately did. I'd highly recommend a new bed frame. The current one is quite noisy, it creaks and squeaks at the slightest toss/turn. I would also appreciate pillows that weren't quite so "plump". (or at least have an alternative set in the closet, the ones in the closet were just as high. Unfortunately, both my husband and I had neck soreness each day.) However, the overall experience was wonderful. This property was perfect for my partner and I. We loved the wrap-around balcony and would have breakfast and coffee most mornings on it or just hand out in the evening before bed. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. Aurora the property manager was also very helpful and made everything so easy when arriving!
