Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We were never able to gain access to the property and never heard from the property manager. We have no idea what might would have happened. VRBO was a bit slow to help us take care of the situation, but once we got connect to them they were great and had us booked in a new property less than a block away
