There was construction just below us, but it wasn't loud or disturbing at all. We found it interesting to watch the process. Unit has a good kitchen, laundry which was handy, and a nice comfortable bed. Lots of outdoor space and a nice BBQ which we didn't use. Nice pool and bar on the rooftop also!
