### Bright & Breezy Ocean View Condo | Pools, Gym

Double balcony Grand Venetian home situated on the most stunning beach in PV, across the street from restaurants, shopping mall, movie theatre, and transportation anywhere you want to go! Tennis courts, gym, 5 pools/hot tub, spa, and restaurant pool side service! 24 hour security.  
  
NOTE: There is a beach club nearby that plays music on the weekends from 12-10 pm.   
  
This home is tastefully decorated and boasts two balconies - one off of the living area complete with a hot tub to soak in and enjoy the views of Banderas Bay and the other off of the bedroom with views of Vallarta's lush, green mountains. Open the doors to both balconies to enjoy a wonderful cross breeze that will keep you cool on warm days.  
  
The bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed with plenty of closet storage for your belongings. Watch your favorite TV channels using the IPTV service or Netflix before you doze off to sleep.   
  
The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to cook and is complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen appliances include gas oven and stove, microwave, toaster, blender and dishwasher. The large refrigerator provides plenty of space to store a week's worth of groceries and Coronas. Enjoy prepared meals inside at the dining table with seating for 4 or enjoy a cocktail outside on the balcony.  
  
The living area features another Smart TV and WiFi internet is accessible throughout the unit. If you need to stay connected to work while you're away, you can use the small desk to catch up on emails.  
  
A washer and dryer are located in the unit and weekly housekeeping is included for stays of one week or more.  
  
As our guest, you'll have access to top-notch building amenities including multiple beachfront pools, bar and restaurant service, tennis courts and gym.   
  
Access wristbands will be provided to each overnight guest and they will provide full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas. NOTE: lost wristbands have a replacement fee of $100 USD per wristband.  
No outside visitors allowed at the moment.  
  
This condo is perfect for families with children, couples wanting a luxurious retreat, or a group of friends celebrating an occasion.  
  
THE BUILDING - GRAND VENETIAN  
  
This high end property is private for owners and renters. Entrances are gated and security is on-site 24/7\. There are four pools to choose from including two large beachfront infinity pools with exquisite views of downtown and the green hills behind it. The sandy beach has private seating for owners and guests of Grand Venetian and there are a handful of activities steps away including jet skiis, banana boat, parasailing, etc. Underground parking is available in addition to a business center, tennis courts, game room and movie theater to seat larger groups.  
  
Grand Venetian is in a central location, right in middle of Puerto Vallarta. It is 15 minutes from the airport by taxi and 10 minutes away from downtown by bus or taxi. It is not necessary to rent a car as all the busses stop right outside the building and taxis are affordable.  
  
The grounds are meticulously manicured, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cabs are readily available and the bus stops right in front of the property. Grocery stores (Wal-mart, Sam's Club, Costco, Soriana), restaurants, Starbucks, cinema (movies in English with Spanish sub-titles) and many other conveniences are within walking distance. Right across the street from fine dining options such as La Dolce Vita, La Vaca Argentina, amongst others.  
  
Along the beach it is a 45 minute walk to the city center. It is one of the few condo buildings located within the busy and vibrant hotel zone. Gorgeous views of the ocean, mountains, and sunset from inside the unit.  
  
At your doorstep is the newly opened La Isla shopping village, with high end American brand boutiques and typical Mexican restaurants.   
  
Other Things to Note  
\- The private hot tub is not suitable for children. In case of use, is under parent's responsibility.  
\- Renters must be at least 25 years old.   
\- No outside visitors are allowed.   
\- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.   
\- Lost wristbands and gym access cards each incur a replacement fee of $100 USD per item or $2,000 pesos.   
\- One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.   
  
Like many coastal areas in Puerto Vallarta, the nearby rivers and beaches are natural habitats for wildlife, including the occasional crocodile. Sightings are uncommon but possible, especially in the rainy season. We recommend keeping a safe distance from wildlife and avoiding swimming near river mouths.

 The room was very clean, the view was beautiful, and happy with the overall amenities. However, a few issues you should know about:The master bedroom bed too small and uncomfortable for two people.The pullout bed was extremely uncomfortable for the kids.The hot tub only reached lukewarm temperatures.

From the moment we walked through the condo doors our trip was fabulous! Well stocked kitchen and toiletries, lots of towels and very comfortable bed. All 5 pools and hot tubs were awesome, we tried them all! Beach access was easy and lots of spots to go catch some waves I loved how people couldn’t reserve lounge chairs like at all inclusive resorts, this meant there was always lots of chairs and places to sit The restaurant was excellent and their service to us at our lounge chairs was a plus We would stay here again in a heartbeat! 5 stars all the way!

#### Great condo with loud music!

The property was just as described and was totally fine. If you enjoy loud rock type music every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 3-9PM this is the place for you. These sounds come from the adjoining property and are quite annoying. But Monday thru Thursday there is no loud rock music. This was the only downside of our stay. We were there in April for two weeks which is low season so we never had to wait for an elevator. This condo is on the 11th floor of a 25 floor building. The few minor problems we had were quickly taken care of by our contact via an email. The pools were great and the beach was a great place to walk. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

This VRBO was absolutely perfect for 2 of us . We had the view of the mountains from our bedroom and the ocean view from the living room . The property was very clean , organized and well staffed . Only 1 negative , this particular unit has a very large jacuzzi on the lanai which only left room for a mini table and folding chair . Needless to say the jacuzzi was never used and we were unable to sit comfortably to listen to the beautiful waves and people watch . One major highlight was , when getting up in the middle of the night , walked down the hallway there was a huge cruise ship light up like a Xmas tree in pitch black background , completely filling the size of the lanai . Magical it looked like it coming directly towards us !! Beautiful !! Loved PV , we will return !

#### Nothing grand about this unit. Truly disappointed!

I have been traveling to Puerto Vallarta every year for 13 years now and have stayed in numerous condos in the hotel zone and in the Centro. I always carefully read the reviews but this time I was literally fooled by 10/10 reviews! How is this possible that all reviews reflect a 10 when this unit is in such a bad condition? First, we were told that a security guard would be greeting us upon arrival. However no one at all was there to help us. Once in the condo, there was no instructions or information about anything to help us during our stay. Every other place we have been to would leave instructions.Pictures of the view of the surroundings on the beach side did not represent the reality of a large brown lagoon and rundown buildings. Carpets worn out and covered with stains.Couch worn out with stains. In kitchen, many old, dirty or broken ustensiles.Problem flushing the toilet. Many dark flakes of dirt kept falling from the AC vents. No comfortable deck chairs. Only 2 small folding wooden chair on the balcony beach side. Main phone is lobby to ask for a taxi was out of order. Locking the main door was a challange. We finally got a VRBO agent to come and see the unit. She was apparently surprised and took a dozen of pictures. Finally, the week before coming to Grand Venetian, we rented through VRBO a nice small condo in the Centro. Everything there was perfect and wonderful, a true 10/10\. Also Chris the VRBO agent for that condo was more than helpful and forthcoming.

Incredible views from both balconies!! Super clean beautiful condo with great decor and all the comforts after a sunny day at beach!! Pool had great views and was relaxing space. Onsite staff was very kind. Will book again!!

#### Wonderful stay! We enjoyed our time at the Grand Venetian!

The condo was very clean, comfortable, and looked just like the pictures! Gerardo met us in the lobby and was super helpful in explaining everything about the condo! It was close to a fun shopping center and we loved the amenities at the condo. We got a couples massage at the grand Venetian ($35 US dollars a person, which I thought was so reasonable!). The hot tub on the patio had been fixed when we arrived, but still didn’t fill up past ankle deep, but that’s okay. That was just a small detail. Overall, would definitely stay here again! It was beautiful, comfortable, and very relaxing:)
