Fantastic

Our stay was fantastic and we would definitely return. The service from the front desk, maintenance and housekeeping was great. The area is amazing for shopping, food and beverages. The pool is incredible. Views are stunning. We would certainly return to this property.

Amazing views and location

Perfect walkable location with amazing front row seats to the ocean. Everything from booking to check in and check out was easy. The security was great and overall building outstanding. Will be back!

Location, location, location

Love this place. Nice condo with a fantastic view. Right in the heart of Romantic Zone with dozens of good restaurants, entertainment and a beautiful beach. Already thinking about booking for next year.

Great location, view, condo!

Clean, well equipped kitchen, friendly, helpful staff, gorgeous views, fireworks—what’s not to love? We’ll be back for more great dinners (helpful guest book and info) loved Archie’s Wok and Burro’s, as always! Pool was clean with fine views, too. Great people-watching patio.

Prime Location and Perfect Weather!

We loved our stay in this condo, the location can't be beat and we had great weather. The condo was kept up very clean with updated couches and comfortable beds. There was beautiful artwork that adorned all the walls which gave the place a very Mexican feel. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed everything about this condo. It was very clean, staff was friendly, and the view was great! The rooftop pool was very clean and the perfect temperature! The location is within walking distance to many beach bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Suggestions given by the hosts are definitely on point! We would definitely stay again!

Great Holiday Getaway

Stayed over the Christmas and New Year’s Holiday’s. Close to all the celebrations, and our favorite restaurants. Stared at the ocean every morning over our coffee. Highly recommend.

Great condo in great location

This 2 bedroom condo in Vista Del Sol was fantastic. It's in a great location and has very friendly and attentive security staff on duty 24/7. The pool area was great with amazing views of the ocean, mountains and the city lights. I would definitely stay in this condo again the next time I visit PV.

Ocean front 4th Floor is the Best!!!

We love Vallarta and this unit. You cannot beat the location in old town and the bay view. The condo has everything you need and is super spacious for 2 couples. Highly recommend!!!

Great getaway

The property was exactly as advertise, could not get a better location, balcony facing the ocean, beautiful sunsets. Condo has everything required for a comfortable vacation. Including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. 24 hour concierge, Very safe. Will definitely rebook.

Best view balcony in Puerto Vallarta

Everything about this location is perfect. This is our second stay here. We spent many hours on the balcony. You can see the pier. Best people watching location. It was great to hear our favorite saxophonist, Rubin, playing songs that we all know, every day. We even saw a breached whale. Perfect location to walk all of Puerto Vallarta every day. Just a few blocks from the pier and slightly away from the crowds. Next year we will stay twice as long.

Great Holiday

We really enjoyed our stay our stay at the condo. It had a lovely view and was comfortable. The new TV’s were great with all the latest apps. The aircons were good. The kitchen was small and rustic but was well stocked and functional. The staff were very nice and responsive to any requests. The cleaning staff were attentive and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

PV Getaway

Had a fantastic time in this unit!! Sitting on the balcony the view was great, lots of fun watching all the activities on the beach along with the Malecon!!! There was tons to do and great eating places whether it was at the beach restaurants or street vendors all within walking distance. It was also refreshing to be able to swim and sunbath at the rooftop pool area!! We will be back for sure!!!

Location could not have been better.

Sitting on the balcony of this condo was where we spent most of our waking hours. Fourth floor allows for endless ocean views, glorious sunsets and you can still feel a part of the action below on the Malecon. The property manager was prompt in answering my questions about our stay and the entire staff were friendly and helpful. The pictures on the website show the actual furnishings but in person, they could use a bit of refreshing. That said, we could easily overlook that when sitting on that balcony.

Ocean views and everything within walking distance

This was a prime spot with unobstructed views of the ocean (great for spotting whales!), direct beach access and within walking distance to everything you need. Walk right out onto the main boardwalk!Condo was comfortable, airy, and had everything we needed. Bed was pretty firm, could use a foam topper. Loved having the beach chairs and umbrella. The staff were very nice. Secure entry was comforting as well.The pool was nice, though we preferred the beach. Would be nice to have a hot tub.Sitting on the balcony was super enjoyable, watching whales and sunsets, and hearing saxophone music in the evening.There is street noice and music almost all day and evening, so be aware if that’s not your jam (pun intended :) ). It is part of being in Zona Romantica.The property manager was very responsive and friendly. Overall great stay and would stay again!

Beautiful VIew

Great condo, perfect area, beautiful view, balcony was awesome for people watching! We had a great stay in the busy Malecon area. We were south of the shopping, dinning area so it was quiet at night. The only disappointment was the pool was closed because it still had a leak from prior repairs earlier in the year. The roof top pool was a gorgeous patio with plenty of lounge chairs and shade if you whished. The view from the roof was spectacular. I whished we could have been able to enjoy it. The condo is nicely furnished with nice art work. The back bedroom is 2 twins that can be made into a king. We asked for it to be set up as a king, it had not been prepared as a king. We thought about moving things around but in the end since we were not staying more than a few nights we left it as separate. There is daily housekeeping that makes the bed and mops the floors and. The young lady that came every day was though and very sweet. You can opt out of this. The condo is well supplied with bath and pool towels, plenty of dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, beach chairs and an umbrella. Love This! I will stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Great Location ~ Lovely peopl

My sister and I stayed at this property in Nov 2023 for 7 nights. We found the location to be excellent for our needs and the unobstructed view of the ocean and bay was perfect. The property manager, Aaron, was quick to respond to all questions, both prior to and after our arrival. The property itself looks larger in the pictures than in person but once we looked at the ocean from our patio, the condo size seemed just right! As noted, the property is open and staffed 24 hours per day. We came in late an evening or two and there was no issue with entry. The folks staffing the front desk could not have been more helpful or friendly! Some earlier comments noted that the wifi and the AC were problematic. We did not find that to be the case at all. My sister was able to work with no issue and the AC kept us both quite comfortable when we needed it. The two bedrooms and baths were at opposite ends of the condo so the privacy was exceptional. Finally, each morning outside of the condo on the Malecon was the Muffin Man. He and his wife make pastries each day (both sweet and savory) and they are about 90 pesos or ~$0.45 each. He's friendly, funny and engaging and the pastries are great!! We will definitely stay with Aaron again!
