The kitchen sports designer granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. If you like to cook you'll find pots, pans, utensils... Everything you need with space to seat 4 adults at the dining table inside or al fresco on the patio. The living area is outfitted with a comfortable sectional couch and a Smart TV pre-loaded and logged into Netflix and other entertainment applications. The bed in the bedroom is king size. Security Gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7\. Very safe building in a safe neighborhood. Guest Access Guests have full access to the condo and the building's common areas. Guest's visitors are welcome to visit inside the condo, but access to the common areas is restricted to guests with a current reservation only. NOTE: You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may result in a fine of $2,000 Mexican Pesos or more. \- The lobby and common pool areas including the pool and Jacuzzi are open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. \- The gym is open from 7 am to 10 pm. (It is mandatory to bring your own towel) Interaction with Guests A member of our team will meet you at the building for check in. Afterwards, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day. The Neighborhood The Zenith building is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Zenith. The beach is also a short walk, just more than 2 blocks west of Zenith. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including: parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc. Getting Around You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable. Other Things to Note Visitor’s policy: Renters are allowed to receive up to 2 visitors per day. They must be registered at least 1 hr. in advance. Each visitor must leave an ID at the front desk for time they are in the building. Visitor hours are from 9 am and they cannot stay past 12:00 a.m. They do not have access to the common areas (pool, gym, etc.). at any time. Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. There are new condo developments in progress around town and they may contribute noise and/or dust to the neighborhood. At the moment, there are no disturbances at the condo due to construction but be advised that could change. Renters must be at least 25 years old. I’ve stayed in this building at least 5 or 6 times and really like the Zenith and the neighborhood. This unit in fact nicely located within the building and is clean and well stocked. My issue is with the condition of the blue sofa in the great room. It’s badly broken and frankly dangerous. There are springs and other steal pieces protruding from the frame and eventually someone is going to be hurt by this thing. I wrote to the management company and owner explaining the situation and never received any response. It’s not right or fair to rent this unit at market rates and not have a place to sit in the great room. Until they show photos without the blue sofa I would not rent this unit at any price. The problem is easy and I would guess not very expensive to fix. It’s a head scratcher why they have not done so. I’ll try to post photos of the sofa because it’s current condition is nothing like the photos used in the listing. ##### Michael B. Jimenez was very welcoming and friendly, as was everyone else. Sometimes the photos look better than the property- but this condo was exactly as pictured, with beautiful views! Very peaceful. Totally modern & clean. Great linens & towels. Aurora, concierge, always available by text. Pool perfect & hot jacuzzi. Owner needs to replace couch ASAP. The best point for me is the mountain view. The other side of this building looks directly into other condos so to have an unobstructed view (and not looking into someone else's condo) is idea. The building is nice. It only has one elevator which can be very slow. The pool is not my favorite in PV. It is small and the chairs are not comfortable. The unit was clean and well maintained. I would prefer they had a nicer more comfortable couch. It feels like a glorified futon. The kitchen has lots of utensils/pots/pans. The area is great. Walking distance to many of my favorite restaurants. - Tres Piatti, Don Chava and Cafe de Olla. If you are into nightlife, there are also lots of bars. I would rent this property again and the management team was very responsive and quick. ##### Jeanine C. Garden and rooftop terrace are well maintained with great views and comfortable chairs. Apt is on the 5th floor. 7th is rooftop. Faces north. It’s quiet. Cable is limited but internet is good.
