No Hot Water
There was no hot water. No soap or even toilet paper. Great staff even picked me up at the airport. I was told I didn't pay for the room having hot water. I called hotels.com and they did see that either. This is a first to me traveling all over Asia. And no soap or toilet paper. Thnk God I had that

Hello Sir Paul, so sorry for your disappointments but you booked for a Standard room which only has regular shower, as I checked our property listings on Hotel.com the details of "shower" was not specified but all of our other OTA listings are detailed and specified especially the difference between our Deluxe and Standard room. Re the toilet paper and hand soap, it was in the cabinet, maybe you just didn't noticed but anyway Sir Paul we will be more careful next time and place it to a more visible place. We take these comments as our reference for improvement. Thank you and have a great day.

Our worst Hotels.com experience
This was quite literally the most horrific place I've stayed in through Hotels.com (and we've spent 50 of the last 180 nights in hotels). The customer service was terrible and slow, "wifi" was practically non-existant, the room wasn't clean, there were no amenities and only a cold water shower. On top of it all, it seems that there are permanent residents in the "hotel"; the one next to our room was carrying a gun as the complex is situated in the middle of a slum. We stayed only one night for a good reason. This hotel was located in a scary location and I wouldn't advice anyone to go there. Obviously, no security guards or locked gates whatsoever. The only good thing is that they offer free airport shuttle but on the other hand, that's kind of sad.

Hello, we're very sorry if you feel disappointed during your stay, please allow us to express our side, maybe on your next visit please let us know that you prefer a room with hot & cold shower which is the Deluxe room, about the "WI-FI" connectivity, we apologized about it also but unfortunately, we cannot control the stability and speed because it all depends on our service provider, anyway Ma'am/Sir, we already upgraded our Internet facility to give a better service to our guest, about the "permanent residents" yes Maam/Sir, we do have permanent resident staffs, thay are the once who take turns in monitoring the 24hrs CCTV to ensure the safety and security of our guest, we provide padlocks in all of our gates, we just don't lock it permanently due to some guests are arriving late at night and we have to wait for them and accommodate them too, our location may be far from the main road but i'd like to clear out that "we are not located in the middle of a slum", this is a quiet place along residential are with a peaceful community, we offer assistance to guest if they wished to go out, we call tricycle services for them if they ask us to, we offer assistance in any way we can. We hope to serve you again when you return. Again, our deep apologies for all your bad experiences and thank you, we always take these comments as part of our improvement.

Tak for et fantastisk ophold!
Min kæreste og jeg havde et fantastisk ophold på Tres Pension. Simpel, men god gratis morgenmad og så er det bare et utroligt hyggeligt sted. Vi havde en del myre ved vores hus, men de hjalp med spray og det hele. Vores lille tur fra lufthavnen til stedet var hyggelig og gratis. Da vi så ankom blev vi opgraderet, hvilket vi selvfølgelig ikke havde noget i mod :) Kan klart anbefale dette sted! Knus fra Rasmus og Emily

In limited budget this is a very nice place to sta
From booking until departure associated whenever employees are given a lot of assistance to live before ordering local travel given sufficient local information are very real .After attending a day every day trip will be in the city wandering experience to observe local customs have tried in embracing them because the local people are very friendly very easy to interact with them in the evening Coast ho channel views underground river special geological landscape island-hopping in the sea and islands style urban tour has left a very deep impression.
