Beautiful condo, had everything we needed.

This is our first stay in this condo, but it wont be our last. Loved how close it was to pool. Everything was clean and well appointed.

Nice 3 bedroom condo

Lots of space for everyone and plenty of dishes to handle our group. Being on the ground floor worked out perfectly for this trip. My only disappointment was the swim up bar refused to play music. I look forward to that when visiting these resorts.

Spring break 2022

We had a great time staying at this property for Spring Break. It accommodated 7 of us perfectly, loved being on the ground floor, and it was full of everything we needed. The only draw back with the communication with the property management company. I had sent 3 emails with questions prior or our stay as well as an early check in request and not a single email was answered. Communication of some sort would have been nice.

Do not expect a reply from online question link. We sent online property manager multiple simple questions prior to our arrival........no reply. Bring beach towels. The rented unit and pool area does not offer pool towels.

Perfect Holiday Stay

This year we wanted something different for Christmas, so my sister and I packed up our families and headed southbound. We own a trailer at Playa Bonita, however, we all wanted to stay under one roof. This was perfect. Three bedrooms with three king beds, and better yet, three bathrooms! The couch does pull out, but it was easier just to sleep on the couch. We did recommend early check in and received no response prior to checking in, however, they did get us in a couple hours early which was appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook our Christmas meal. The only bummer was that the refrigerator couldn't quite keep up. Luckily, we had enough coolers. We prefer the first floor where you can walk out to the pools. There are two heated jacuzzis, one heated pool. A super friendly open swim up bar (365 a year). The beach is only steps away and the palapas are great. We definitely would stay here again. Thank you!

Great location/Property Owner not responding

The location of the property was amazing. Steps away from the pool/beach access. The A/C was locked out to 73 degrees, this was uncomfortable. We had other family members staying in condos at the property and they had no issues. Also, the oven didn't work the first day we got there, and was not repairable for the duration of our stay. The problem was getting a hold of the owner and there was no response throughout our stay and when casago tried to reach out to them about the issues. The resort is great like always, location and set up in the condo is nice.
