Welcome to Paradise Villas #10 — a spacious and inviting two-story townhouse designed for a relaxing coastal getaway. This two-and-a-half bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home comfortably accommodates families or small groups, offering both privacy and convenience.

Upstairs, the master suite features a queen bed, a decorative fireplace, en-suite bath, and a private terrace with stunning ocean views — perfect for morning coffee or sunset relaxation. The second bedroom includes two full-size beds and its own private bathroom, ideal for guests or kids. Downstairs, you’ll find a cozy half-bedroom with a twin bed, perfect for an additional guest or child.

Perfect beach and place to enjoy it

We found the property tastefully decorated. The kitchen was particularly well-stocked. The beds, linens and towels were all top quality. We plan to return.

Peace Place

This is a very Nice place to stay, beautifull mornings and nights, very peacefull place, My kids had the beach and pool for them selfs, we enjoyd it very much, needs a deep cleaning, so that You can feel more confortable using and touching everithing, but other then that we really recomended, specialy if You like to spend time in a quiete and peacefull place.

Great Property at a great price

Overall my friends and I very much enjoyed this property. I personally though it was nicer on the inside than the pictures let on. Playa Encanto is a relatively emptier beach than Sandy Beach so the peacefulness was very nice. The price for this place was unbeatable for what you got. Make sure you bring your own drinking water and toiletries as this is not a resort and they only provide hand soap.

Then we could come back to the villa and enjoy the AC and a shower to rinse off all of the sand. The villa was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were in good condition. I would highly recommend!

Great property for the price, but some details need attention

Beach front townhome for a great price, but some of the lights weren't working and the beds were marginal. If you're super picky maybe this place isn't for you, but if you're looking for a clean beach front unit at a reasonable price, this could be a winner.

Nice stay

Check-in was easy and room was clean. The beach was private and quiet. Loved the peacefulness there. However, they had a hurricane weeks prior to our arrival and the place was infested with mosquitos because of the marsh land behind the property. It made it difficult to enjoy the pool (nice and heated pool) or much time outside. The TV didnt work but we didnt mind. Overall, if you want a nice quiet place with a private beach and relatively empty pool, this is the place for you! Just be mindful of the rainy season as the marsh land does breed A LOT of mosquitos.

Great location

Everything was great except the refrigerator was not working properly. Water was puddling beneath it and it was not as cold as it needed to be to keep food cold and good. Luckily we had a friend in another suite that let us keep the food with them.

The comdo is nice, furnishings are nice, it was clean and the location was pretty. The problem was the maintenance. There were painters on the patio the entire time we stayed making it almost completely unusable for us. They had all the fixtures torn apart and the patio was a disaster. There was almost no privacy. We wouldn’t have booked if we knew there would be major renovations going on. The worst part though was the plumbing. The first day we were there the sinks downstairs stopped draining and then began overflowing - there was an inch of grey water throughout the entire apartment. We called Oceano rentals who are the property managers and they sent someone to fix it. He checked things and came and left a few times and then told us it would be okay in a couple hours because the complex’s drainage pump had been off so everything was full. The next morning we had the same problem - flooding through the apartment. So we called again. This time maintenance didn’t show up until late afternoon.... He worked on the kitchen sink for a while not realizing that the bathroom sink was still overflowing so once again we had to clean up grey water throughout the entire apartment. Then he decided to try using a shop vac set in reverse to blow air through the drainage lines.... This resulted in grey water blowing out of the bathroom sinks both downstairs and upstairs. The entire bathrooms and most of our toiletries were covered in grey water and little bits of scum from the pipes. He then decided he wasn’t going to be able to fix it and had better just leave. So by the end of our 3 night stay we had only been able to shower once each on the night we arrived. Three days of no showers no sink water for washing dishes. We washed dishes in buckets like camping style. I addresses this upon checkout and the staff promised to talk with management to make it right. They never followed up. Now theyre ig

We had stayed at another property in October and so disappointed but had always wanted to check out the paradise villas what a perfect place for the 2 of us loved the ocean being only steps away and there was a peace sign made I’d sea shells right in front of our condo I took out as a sign we were in the right place we will be back

If you want a pool AND a huge private beach, this is the spot!

I've been vacationing in Rocky Point for the last 20 years! I personally prefer the quiet beaches of las conchas, playa la Jolla, and playa encanto over the busy report's Sandy beach... but one thing you do miss out on is the pool! This rental is great because you get the best of both worlds! The pool is footsteps away and the beach is just beyond the pool. They also have a few great palapas on the beach that you can set your chairs or hammocks up under. The only negatives to this unit are: 1- there is no dining table.. so expect to eat at the couch or there are a couple barstools. We would have liked a table to sit at for not only meals but for games as well. We found the place to be clean however the couches were both in need of additional cleaning. They had some nasty looking stains on both of them.. and it was the only sitting area. Playa encanto is right by the estuary which in the past has never been a concern for us but for some reason this time the mosquitos were vicious! We were here in october... and there was no sitting out by the pool or really anywhere outside without a lot of wind. This definitely put a damper on our visit.. I am hoping it was just circumstantial to the time of year because this is our favorite beach and everyone along playa encanto was dealing with the mosquitos. I reached out the the rental company and they did bring us a raid coil for our porch. Overall we would stay here again as long as the couches were cleaned. The view from the master is breathtaking and the convenience and privacy of the location is fantastic!
