Air conditioning was bad, the bathroom was terrible, all dirty and nasty, not even the towel were clean , food was really bad l, all the containers was empty most of the time, you have to wait long time in line to get a snap and when it was your turn then they said that is was gone. Drinks are not good at all, they don’t put enough rum on it because they want to stole it and take it home. Really bad experience, I don’t recommend this place to anybody.

Quisiera pedirles a ustedes que quitaran ese hotel de los destinos turísticos que ustedes ofertan para que otros clientes no se sientan como yo o los culpen a ustedes por un SOBERANO desastre. Ese hotel, de la provincia de Las Tunas, Cuba, donde yo nací, es el peor hotel que he visitado en mi vida. El comedor lleno de moscas. Las aceras rotas. Una sola luz en la habitación. Las cortinas desprendidas. El aire acondicionado enfria muy poco para el calor sofocante de Cuba. No hay agua en el baño durante la noche. Las personas a las que le han dado acceso hacen cola para coger la cerveza a granel y re-envasarla para llevársela para la casa. Solo disponían de Habana Club Silver Dry. No tragos conbinados. Y si todo esto fuera poco hay plaga de jejenes (unos mosquitos muy pequeños con una picada sumamente fuerte). El acceso por tierra (es literalmente por tierra) desde la ciudad de Camaguey es horrible. Solo hay carretera en el tramo de la carretera Camaguey-Playa Santa Lucia. Una vez que uno abandona esa carretera y toma la que une esa via con la entrada del hotel es peor que un terraplen sin asfalto y lleno de hoyos. No le recomiendo que visiten ese hotel ni a mi peor enemigo. Nosotros reservamos dos noches y solo estuvimos entre las 4 pm del dia 26 de agosto del 2019 hasta las 6 am del 27 de agosto del 2019, y no nos fuimos esa misma noche del 26 de agosto por temor al estado de la carretera. Creo que lo menos que pueden hacer ustedes por respeto a sus clientes es quitar ese ho

No es recomendable pasar sus vacaciones en este ho
El hotel está situado en una dona de playa muy bonita ,en realidad es lo único que disfrute ,las habitaciones son de lo peor que e visto ,servicio pésimo ,los trabajadores no te quieren atender por qué no eres europeo ya que ellos viven de las propinas que les dejan este tipo de turismo ,además la comida es mala peor que en cualquier comedor obrero,en fin gaste 600 dólares por 8 habitaciones para pasar un día en familia y verdaderamente fue una mala decisión No se lo recomiendo a nadie 😔

Hotel que necesita mantenimiento. Colas para acceder al comedor. Mosquitos al atardecer. Bonita playa y buen aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Baño pésimo, piscina con agua muy caliente y sucia. Malos servicios o nulos. Personal desbordado pero amable. Yo no vuelvo.

No pude hospedarme pq estaba mal la reserva q havia echo en relacion a las personas q fuimos y faltaba un niño pir añadir cosa q hice en mi reservacion y no se pq no pasl asi al llegar el de la repcesion. Del hotel con cara d malo y mala firma al publico pase una hira esperando q se areglara mi situcion y nada ellis no tienen ni conocimiento de las rwservaciones d Expedia.en vez d decirlo en ingkes lo pronuncian como s escrive fuimos a lis baños d el loby todos sucios y sin agua si eso es el loby coml sera adentro fatal en fin tuve q irme con m familia todo fue fatal un biaje lejos pir gusto .
