The double-height living room, bathed in light from large windows, flows naturally into the dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen. When the sliding doors are opened, the covered terrace becomes an extension of the social area, offering a comfortable outdoor lounge perfect for enjoying the Caribbean climate, socialising at sunset, or simply relaxing.

The private infinity pool, with its sleek, linear design, is the heart of the home. Surrounded by a garden and lush greenery, it creates an atmosphere of privacy and serenity—perfect for enjoying at any time of day.

On the ground floor is a bedroom with a full bathroom, ideal for added comfort and accessibility.
Upstairs, four additional bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, offer complete relaxation and privacy for all guests. The layout allows you to socialise comfortably without sacrificing privacy.

During your stay, the villa will be completely private and exclusive to you and your group. You will not share any space with other guests. You’ll be free to enjoy every area, both indoors and outdoors, including the infinity pool, the social spaces, and the residential complex’s green areas.

There is self-service access, so you can enjoy your arrival with complete privacy and flexibility. At the same time, we’ll be available at all times to answer any questions, offer recommendations, or provide any assistance you may need. We can help you coordinate transfers, experiences, restaurants, beaches, cenotes, or special activities so you can make the most of your stay.
