There are no local shops or other facilities nearby. Upon arrival, we were led through an overgrown forecourt to our room. It has no hot water and the water pressure is so week, it is difficult to take a shower. The staff told us that we could extend our stay if we wanted, as there was no booking following ours. They also said, we didn't need to pre-order breakfast from the menu the night before. However, when we tried to order breakfast in the morning, we were told they didn't have any supplies. They couldn't even provide coffee. Prior to the breakfast ordeal, we tried to take up the offer to extend our stay, as most places in Puerto Galera/White Beach were booked that weekend. Our booking extension was accepted, but about 8 hours later, that evening, we were told that the room was already booked and we'd have to move out in the morning. By this time it was too late to look for alternate accommodation, so we had to return home. ##### Disappointed ### 2/10 Terrible #### Tadaaki 15 May 2018 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 営業してないのでは？ 行ったら閉鎖されてて宿泊出来なかった。停電かなにかでホテルも周囲も真っ暗。料金を返してほしい。 ##### Tadaaki Stayed 1 night in May 2018 ### 4/10 Poor #### Verified traveller 2 Apr 2018 Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### NOt What I Expected On arrival at 5pm room not ready, then no water supply to the room and when it did come we discovered there was no hot water, after approaching the manager we were informed that there is no hot water at all to this room EVER !!! Very poor water supply at all times, had to pour water into the toilet bowl to flush, showering was a nightmare you had to dance around to get wet from what little water came in ?????? No where to hang clothes, no coathangers, no amenities at all Dishes from previous guest were still in the dish rack when we checked in.
