It was absolutely terrible with all the construction noises and dust! The whole Sabang area seemed somewhat seedy with small alleys and access to hotel is via some back alley and many steps. We stayed in Room 6\. The staff is wonderful. Clean, well manicured grounds, nice restaurant, clear pool, and WiFi was very fast near the reception and pool area. However the cons were the number of steps to get to the rooms, especially if you are in the more expensive rooms with the wonderful views of the harbor. That will be remedied by the current construction of an expansion including an elevator. Along with the higher level in the hotel is the decreased reception of WiFi. The signal that high is weak. The staff does its best to try to help strengthen the signal but the whole system might need to be replaced to get a strong signal that high in the building.
