Great location for beach and restaurants. Staff was helpful and friendly
The hotel was great for a quick stay. Friendly staff, nice pool, parking garage. The rooms are basic but do the trip when only using it as a place to sleep.. beds were comfortable and had AC
Amazing place!
The location is just perfect, right in the heart of the village! Furthermore, the rooms are well equipped and the hotel has a great pool with super cozy sun loungers to relax. Apart from that the hotel staff is super kind and supportive!
I truly enjoyed the stay and definitely want to come back!
Huge Thanks to the staff!
The rooms are cute and the pool is a great place to cool off in the afternoon. Everything about the hotel is good. The location just wasn't for us, having never been to Zicatela before.
Very good value for money. Nice place located in the centre of La Punta. Has A/C, which does not seem to be common, and are sheltered from some of the bars playing loud music. Would book again but avoid the associated restaurant. Very nice staff!
Amazing stay. My fourth time in Puerto and my fav accommodation yet - we stayed in the penthouse which was large and dreamy. The pool area is decent. The location is unbearable. The staff was helpful and kind. They even let us use facilities after checkout when we had a late night flight. Would book again!
We love this property! Although small, the room was very cutely decorated. The shower, a.c., and Wi-Fi worked perfectly, allowing me to keep up with my work while travelling and then enjoy a lovely swimming pool and a walk to the beach. The sheets and towels were fresh and clean. The location was extremely convenient for shopping, going dancing, and dining. At night, we had quite a restful sleep. I want to go back already. Thank you for your hard work and great prices!

Disliked: Room comfort
Charming but would not stay here again
The hotel had a beautiful swimming pool and an excellent location in the middle of the main drag within about a 2 minute block from the beach. The room was clean and the decor was charming. The beds were comfortable and the bedding nice. The shower was piping hot and had great water pressure.
We were there 3 days and did not have made service nor were we offered fresh towels.
Our room did not have a chair or a closet, just a few hooks. There were no cups or glasses in our room and no filtered water or coffee. In the morning, I had to get up, get dressed and had to leave the room and go outside the hotel just to get a cup of coffee. To add insult to injury, I am an early riser and nothing in town is open until 8:00.
We booked the hotel with the understanding that there was a communal kitchen. We even called in advance to confirm the availability of the kitchen. There was a poorly equipped, filthy kitchen in the hotel garage. It was gross and looked down right unsanitary. It had only one pot and one broken cup. It did however have filtered water, the only plus.
The hotel is cute and charming. As a pervious owner of a large hostel, it seems a small thing to stock the rooms with glasses and cups and to have filtered water dispensers on each floor as well as to provide the rooms or at least each floor with electric kettles and instant coffee and tea. As for the communal kitchen, there is no excuse that it be disgusting.
I'm fully aware it's a 2-star hotel, however every hotel should meet a couple very basic standards. Being able to properly sleep is one of them. You can absolutely forget about that at San Martin. Even though I was on the top floor (only room there), every evening there was such loud music & bass from a bar next door. The walls were so thin it was like sleeping in a club. 'Luckily' most of it stopped around 12. Until then i slept with earplugs AND noise cancelling headphones on... After the first night i asked the receptionist about it but she said it was only on weekend days & due to Day of the dead. Not true, it's every night! One evening there was even some kind of party on the rooftop next to my room, lots of people passing by and talking all night. I really considered moving hotels but already spent my money on this. Besides that: the mattresses of the beds are broken, i had 2 beds and both had a big 'hole' in the mattress.
The hotel itself looks nice, great pool and rooms are generally neat. Location is perfect, walking distance to everything. Got new towels once every other day, although i wonder if they every changed the sheets. As i recognised some stains. One lady at the reception was nice, helped me carry my suitcase and checked when I wanted my room cleaned.
There were 2 other girls who seemed to be just hanging around there and using the pool themselves, a bit strange to me.
Overall, to me not worth the money unfortunately.

The hotel is cute but needs work, bathroom flooded with each shower. You get what you pay for the price. Staff is so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The convenience of stepping out into the Main Street in La punta and walk to find things to go and great spots to eat was the best part. The beach is literally 3 min walk. Cute place if you aren’t looking to pay much and want a clean, welcoming place to stay.

The room faced a bar next door w loud music until 11pm. Drunk tourists in the lobby at midnight. I had to leave after one night even though I booked 3. The manager would not refund me anything for the 2 nights I didn’t spend at the property ever though the hotel was full. It pays to do your research.
One of the nastiest hotels I've ever stayed in my life ! Stayed five nights only two of the days I stayed there did they have pool towels available? The room was invaded with ants plumbing was a nightmare. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you are going to try to get a good night, sleep the music blast Till midnight. It's so loud it's unbelievable.
