Great Spot and concept but rooms (bungalow type) were very worn: wood blinds not working, a/c not effiicient, wood floor had a strong cat or dog urine smell, cable not working, etc I would not come back until rooms are well refurbished, as it is not cheap either Although great beach spot definitely!

This hotel was a hidden gem, on a beautiful stretch of sand and amazing architectural design. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the bungalows were perfectly fitted out. This is the type of place to get away for couple days disconnect and relax with a loved one and take long walks along the beach. Highly recommend.

The pluses - this is an amazing property the views of the ocean are fantastic and the food is incredible. The rooms are huge and the design is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and they were incredibly helpful fixing a few things. The minuses - for someone who’s unfortunately scared of lizards and frogs it was a stressful experience. There’s huge gaps around the doors through which insects and anything really can come in, the ceiling also allows for that. First day we found a frog in the bathroom, and we had to sleep with lizards on the walls as there was no way to get them out. I didn’t really sleep well because of this which defeats the purpose of booking such an incredible hotel.

Worst service and staff e ever saw . The waiters Thick they are making you a favor . There is absolutely a problem of service at pool area . You need to either go personally at the bar or ask reception for help which takes half a hour to reply . We were twice (2 different days ) informed that the beers choosen were finished. At the end us$150,00 disappeared from my wife’s wallet

Beautiful setting. For any one looking for a lap pool this is your place. 50 meter pool along the ocean. Sunrise or sunset swims. Food was great, rooms quiet and clean and staff friendly

The hotel is really nice and relaxing. Close to the beach with a great pool and excellent service. My only complaint would be that there is no point in having an ac since the doors and windows don’t fully close and the room never gets cold, it is actually pretty hot almost unbearable in the summer. Also the rooms feel a little old and in need of maintenance

An absolute dream of a place. The design, location and atmosphere - all excellent. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. If I had to think of minuses - the dinner at the hotel was a little inelegant and averagely tasting. And the other thing - they actively try to make money of you off small things. The location is very isolated ( which was great), but it makes it hard to reach shops et.c. Make sure you take sun cream, your favourite snacks and anything you might need - otherwise expect to pay.

Disappointed!

Two nights , in both of them we were without electricity, without WiFi ,without lights .. nothing ! So expensive hotel but I suffered from low conditions ! In the nights the room was full of lizards and sometimes even bats. Disappointed.

El hotel no fue la experiencia que esperábamos. El lugar es precioso y el diseño es increíble, pero siento que lo que pagas no corresponde con la experiencia. Grupo Habita vende una experiencia de lujo, pero la calidad de prácticamente todo lo que te rodea está muy por debajo de esa promesa. Más allá del diseño, los acabados, el mobiliario, los accesorios y el mantenimiento son de la más baja calidad y no corresponden con el precio que pagas, eso sí con un diseño muy asthetic. En nuestro caso hubo varios detalles que no deberían pasar en un hotel de ese nivel. La regadera no tenía el cabezal, solo salía el agua de un tubo de metal; encontramos pequeñas 💩💩 de algún animal sobre la cama; el aire acondicionado nunca enfrió bien; y la puerta de entrada se rompió y no la pudimos cerrar bien en la noche. La mandaron a reparar, pero nunca quedó funcionando correctamente. Lo mejor, sin duda, fue el personal. Todo el tiempo fueron muy amables, atentos y trataron de resolver los problemas. Incluso nos compensaron con un upgrade de habitación y un servicio de spa, por los inconvenientes. En general, es un hotel super bonito, se come delicioso pero prioriza el diseño sobre la comodidad y el mantenimiento. Por el precio esperaba mucho más en cuanto a confort e instalaciones. Personalmente, la próxima vez elegiría otro hotel donde lo que pagas realmente corresponda con la experiencia que recibes.

Le urge mantenimiento. Al estar tan alejado de todo deben prestar particular atención a su reducida opción de alimentos. Los productos de higiene personal (shampoo, acondicionador, jabón, crema) así como los de venta en la boutique como protector solar y repelente de mosquitos de pésima calidad El aire acondicionado no funciona correctamente Las persianas tampoco

Un favorito siempre, el staff y la comida son excelentes. Las albercas necesitan poco mantenimiento asi como los cuartos pero sin problema siempre volveremos.
